Many big companies, institutes misusing Article 19 of the constitution, by creating fake advertisement and misleading people of India, For e.g. many new colleges, universities have been setup by rich community to convert black money into white, and these colleges are showing fake advertisement but they dont have sufficient infrastructure to mould the future of the students. Middle class people are pouring lots of money for upliftment of children but no output is coming

Tribal Development - Year after year govt of India has often discussed and deliberated issues on development and growth of tribal population in India. Unfortunately the socio-economic condition of Tribal populations more or less has remained unchanged - empoverished and deprived. Unless the govt. allows their lands to be freed from restrictions, their condition will remain the same. I have failed to understand why the govt doesn't allow tribal lands to be sold in the mkt? Pls. look into this.

Kindly visualize the result, if:–
1. Dhanaraj Pillai is sent to Open the Indian Batting.
2. Tendulkar challenges MFH, and
3. Hon’ble PM holds Mike to perform on stage.
Inspite of being MASTERs of their respective traits, they would draw a FLAK.
Unfortunately, same is happening with the BATTERY of TECHNICAL PEOPLE of the country who are deprived of their dues by the Officers of Organized Services.
Sir, like this, can we REGAIN WORLD CUP, PAINT a MASTERPIECE, or ENTHRAL the AUDIENCE?

Those citizens who have been conned by such fake commercial must report the same to the Consumer Forum. We must create a portal or an authority which deals with such false propaganda. Such authority can blacklist such companies and entities to save other citizens. We must also come up with a detailed legislation dealing with such cases as it is damaging the investor trust.

Abolition of multilevel taxing and one point clearance window can reduce harassment of loyal citizen. We must adopt Arthakranti proposal to reduce generation of black money and thereby abolition of currency notes of Rs.500, 1000. Adopting a system of transaction charge will earn more revenue to the government
