Whoever advertise Cine Stars, Cricketers,Sports Players by taking huge money shall be made liable for refund of loss of money if any by way of cheating in buying such sales/service along with that company management shall be included in the law. Then these models/celebrities will be careful in participating such adds.Fans also must resist their craziness to follow the adds of their stars blindly.

Apart from the regular Advertising Approval Agencies we can have an online portal for consumer feedback and complaints at national and state level. This way the consumer can post his or her views on the advertisement. The regulatory and approval agencies can have a eye on this feedback and can then take the necessary action.

( 1 ) After long fights, cigarettes carry now warnings. About 35 years ago, a right royal fight was to attract customers by huge Advt. spendings, with enticing words ENJOY LIFE, KINGS SIZE etc. There are abundant Advts. on spurious medicines for example. HOW CAN AAM AADMI know whether claims made are genuine or not? Here, I propose some steps: 1. Empower consumer Courts ( as spl. courts) to deal with spurious claims effectively. 2. Many Advts.entice people based on misleading religion-based ones

FIR can be lodged by a citizen on misleading advertisements and the person lodging the FIR should be rewarded and recognised.
