sir, first of all you should make e-services familier to rural india,, coz policy planning is good but problem arise at the time of implementation of policy... coz most of the people's are also not familier with smart phones so in this state different apps are unuseable for them.... you should make USSD efforts first in this cases and then smart apps come later on with proper training and infomation at all levels in rural areas,,

There should be an app having all government online-digital services through which all works can be done. Just like one stop solution. Similar to this there must be an single window plateform to do access all services because all persons are not intelligent, after this, all citizens have to remember one app or website that can give them access to all the services. And there should be USSD plateform for some services also.

By making one mobile app to provide all the services will make people easy. Make adhaar as login identity to this app to avoid any illegal offences. also make a website that include all the services. Then want more e-service centres and services make available to the Private centres also.

In rural areas, Make e-services availability through mobiles with support from service providers. Above all, e-services should be advertised in rural area and even training can be given for rural area via bank/post office/Govt schools etc. Since the rural bank/ post office/school employees will have free time available they can do training without additional pay/expense. Mobile apps can be created for using e-services in regional languages by which we get more people join and use the e-services.
