Sir,kindly do not waste time on BSNL,BBNL etc,not equipped mentally to deal with such projects. They are bureaucrats ONLY for meetings and minutes. They have no genes for action, even to move their little fingers. You are asking them to move mountains. In last 5 years ,for a target of 5 lakh BB connections, they provided only 500. How do you still trust them? CABLE TV HAS REACHED ALL VILLAGE HOUSEHOLDS,MEANS BB ACCESS NETWORK IS ALREADY AVAILABLE.SAY YES TO THEM,NEXT MOMENT INDIA IS BB CONNECTED

Well in Rural area of India, where Internet system and smart phone is rare. Following are the steps which can connect Rural area to city and other online facility. 1. First locate and tag specific area as "Rural Area". 2. Then the mobile number registered to that tag area should get special SMS package service or Call service. 3. With this SMS or Toll free number anybody can get all facility like an internet search. Now a days we do have facility where we add our number online and get calls.

Aadhaar card should link to the ration card and ration card should be like smart card and every Indian family can take ration without any corruption activity and we can calculate how many ration are sold by ration shop and to whom. and every ration shop should have a swipe machine to swipe a ration card to collect ration and that machine should connected with internet like ATM Swipe machine on fuel station that and that database can show the how many people are taking ration from ration shop

As we know for understanding and how to use e-services we must know access internet . In rular areas there are very less persons who know access of internet in comparison of city. And most of persons who can access the internet uses it only for FB and downloading video, songs etc. Most of them help others even for create FB account. So according to my personal opinion this problem can be solve by educate people specially youth or students about computer and internet.
