The most important thing which rural india needs is credit / finance. For farming, or for other small marginal business. Rural youth is capable of doing business on micro level. If we can give him the credit or micro finance using e-services easily then he can stand there with dignity. This way we can grow the per capita income of rural households and also encourage rural youth to not to come to cities for work and thereby increasing strain on the facilities and other problems arising out of it.

The first service that should be taken to the rural India is the ability to pay utility bills online and through BC and other customer service agents.A person living in rural area has to send at least 1-2 hours travelling to the electricity billing office and back. The cost incurred also is around Rs. 40-50 for a round trip from home to the office and back. Online payment facility and assisted payment facility as mentioned above will result in better payment compliance.

In support of ur good governance and developement of the nation, I suggest the Govt. subsidy in any field like diesel, petrol, food, transport health etc be not more than 50% to the BPL family and 30% 4 APL.A regular review of the above be done to reduce the same. This will lead to effective and quicker developement of the Nation.

The below solution could be incorporated for all citizens across cities and villages. In addition to this , there could be some apps which are specific to farmers such as 1. Alerting them about weather conditions in order to plan or take action against the bad climate etc 2. A networking app to enable farmers to get in touch/locate with distributors, traders, exporters, retailers etc easily without spending much time on the same.

Respected Sir, I think one of the solutions for enabling e-services is to have a common app on the smartphone or any such e-device which incorporates and addresses the following issues: 1.Ability to locate the nearest police station and report crimes ( this would ensure even tourists to report crimes immediately without any hazzle ) 2.Ability to locate nearest hospitals for emergencies 3. Ability to report disasters or accidents to the respective authorities.

Quick turnaround time, like with Passport Seva to issue passports has come down from 12 weeks to four weeks. Will reduce further as enforcement agencies, police use analytics to verify claims.Productivity gains: Cut the queues and save time — pay bills, taxes on smartphones App-driven economy: Learn, play, entertain, work with apps.End of the middleman: People who thrive on inefficiencies of the system will be eliminated

There will be more internet-driven startups.Cost of starting a company averaged $5 million in pre-internet era and now it's under $50,000, attracting more people to start companies. The gestation period to test whether an idea works or not is less than 18 months now. This along with low cost to start ventures is increasing risk appetite.Govt's Rs 10,000 crore fund for startups, Nasscom's 10,000 startups initiative, etc, augur well to make access to capital easy, a big boost for entrepreneur

10% rise in internet penetration increases GDP by 1.08%.If internet were a sector its weight in GDP would be greater than that of agriculture or utilities.Increase in net maturity in the West led to rise in GDP per capita of $500 on average in the past 15 years. It took 50 years of industrial revolution to achieve the same.Aadhaar-linked mobile banking and payments will accelerate spread of banking pan-India. The have-nots will leapfrog into banking.
