Digital India was conceived by weaving various strands of communication and information technology for digital empowerment of citizens and delivering better governance. Establishment of broadband highways forms the first pillar of Digital India. Therefore, timely commissioning of a reorganized version of National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) is very imperative. The implementation of NOFN was not moving as per plans, TRAI had given certain recommendations on ‘Delivering Broadband Quickly: What do we need to do?’ dated 17th April, 2015. In addition, DoT had appointed an expert Committee which submitted its detailed report recommending rechristening of the project as BharatNet with three implementation models.

Some views regarding the implementation have been raised and therefore the Authority looked into one more possible alternate model –“Build-Own-Operate-Transfer” (BOOT) model. The Authority has come out with this Consultation Paper (CP) to discuss issues related to strategies to find best model of implementation for BharatNet.

Dear sir, I want to prosper u that, there should not b get anyone govt job who are in rich family who have financial abilities to earn to survibe their family easily. In respect to TRAI CP on Internet network development, I want to suggest that, The Interenet broadband connectivity should be spread at each and every part of our country, It is possible only,if the PPP model has been implemented, without support of people, the speed,accuracy and result will be succeed satisfactory. The success of digital India is depends on Internet network, Therefore, quick decision should be taken to provide mamimum connectivity at each level of network even in villeges also

(2) For success of Digital India, first provide the primary facility for the mission. Then give the proper training and instruction about the internet and it's positive use to the uneducated and rural people. Without the proper understanding, the Digital India mission will become flop. Then improve the present condition of internet like which I have indicated in first part. Then test the Optical Fiber Grid to at present internet connection and do analysis on the result.

(1) Today, we are talking about Digital India. But anybody have thought about today's internet connectivity ? First, government should provide better internet connectivity to which broadband connection running at present time. At present, there is major problem is connectivity and network in mobile internet connection. Firstly repair it. In rural area, there is so poor signal strength from which we can not access the internet. On other hand there is less educated people in India who can use this
