Respected Sir/Madam, NTES is a great initiative by Indian railways and it save a lot of our time as we go station on time at which train is expected to arrive. But there are some flaw in it and as a citizen of India I can't complain anywhere formally (If facility is there I don't know). First in some remote area specially in Ambikapur (ABKP) side the app show that the train have departed from a station but as a passenger of same train I can clearly see that train is far behind that station.

"Even Halting"... on Same stations d train must halt. While goig up and down. Example-Saurashtra Janata halts at Andheri while coming from Gujarat to Mumbai...doesnt stop at Andheri while going from Mumbai to Gujarat...like wise...

No need for an enquiry, get mobile number's from all passengers and sent SMS by default to all passengers. This is not hard to create and maintain in current scenario. If you update all passenger's about their journey, no need for an enquiry system to monitor. Their should be an enquiry system only for the passenger's doesn't carry mobile phone.

the currently train enquiry system i.e. http://enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/ntes/ is very effective and reliable. But it is working when one is equipped with internet facility. Train enquiry system small machine should be provided on every station. At Station all LED based display is not working properly. Hence a free SMS enquiry system is needed.

Instead of any PNR or special numbers which are hard for public to keep in mind, Mobile number of passenger itself should be used for enquiring any type of information regarding train/ticket. It is easy to remember and "easy information is way to information to all"....
