My concept goes this way:- "DONATE A RUPEE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA" This is a much needed concept of the present time for India to become self sustained and to grow to it's fullest. Every Indian should donate a single rupee "Every Month" which will be used by govt. of India to help the underprivileged one's development.In case if 50crore people donate "1 Rupee" per month than that 50Crore Rupees will go to the one's who don't have.In this way India can become well balanced.But every month.

the government can supply energy bars at very low cost through different outlets and we citizens can purchase them and give the beggars one every time.the syndicate would dry up with no money..

Indian government should introduce their own social media applications like wassup etc and should be promoted by Mr Modi which in terms will be useful to control money flow outside india .

Today not only young children and kids but even elderly people and women are being forced into begging by amputating their limbs or making them disabled so that they gain sympathy of the public. The solution probably lies in rehabilitating these children, women and elderly persons and providing to them an opportunity to earn and live respectably. Apart from this, the police authorities need to act tough on the mafia who force people into begging. High time the local police gets into action !

if no person be available for begging....no syndication will happen.....use the beggers in Defence Forces as a pre condition to citizen, either become accountable to country otherwise will be forcefully taken into Defence forces....
