Respected PM, It is noted with much displeasure with young people begging with any minor defect in one of their legs or hands. At the same time I saw recently a blind beggar selling small needy items like needles in moving trains and return change in coins also. What a great difference really. More motivation is needed through Police, Revenue and Social Welfare departments in all states of our country. Work culture should be developed like in Jharkand.

Something is better than nothing we can change 10 persons out of them it means a lot . and because of that 10 other 100 can we with us..........they also want quality of life

Begging is not habit, its there job because they don't know what they can do. But I feel we can motivate them to do some task where they can live heathy and good life. Like involve them for swash Bharat and green India by providing them good cloths and food.

But in actual the loaner should be the government employ until he earns the industry by paying the loan with interest.If the loaner will not be able to grooming the industry with yearly gains then he should be replaced by another person willing.Now,coming back to point we can get the lower class to work in these companies and also help them to get the ration depot facilities of india. I think this will be a big step for unemployment, illiteracy and " make in india " concept. Thats Thank you

Because the reason they told me that "jab bina kaam ke khana mil jata hai toh kaam kyun karen".I know they were wrong but I alone can't change there mentality.Here we have to create few examples from these people to make them believe.And the idea is to create an industrial hub in this country where youth of the country can ask for the semi governt industrial loan depending on there requirements or projects.Where the industry will work as private industry and the loaner work as Managing director

Sir , I have a bigger plan for all this. I don't know you will read it fully or not. I think we can combine the three big problems of the country at the same time that is unemployment, illiteracy and "make in india" concept. By educating these lower class we can motivate and help them to work. Yes, I said motivate, I'll present a simple example once I at my friends neighbourhood found 2 childrens begging. I asked them 2 work for me and I"ll give them education, food and money but they Rejected.

For every waste collected by individual,KIOSK/machine should pay beggar as per weight/quantity of waste collected.

If we want to stop this nexus, 1.Make street begging illegal for adults. 2. If children's are begging then their guardians/parents will be put behind bars for at least year. To Employ them: 1. Make all non-degradable waste chargeable to consumers(E.g,Pastic/glass bottles,Electronic waste,carry bags etc),put waste collection centers in every part of city. These beggars will have ready employment around them if they really want to work. This will keep env clean and provide employment to many.

Give them a fishing rod rather than providing a fish (subsidy).
