There is an urgent need to reorganise and restructure the function of Government executive arm. First of all we need to cancel all compulsory government leaves for festivals of different religions. There should only two holidays - one for Independent day and another for Republic day. There should be only 12 leaves which employees can take for any occasions or festivals. Even medical leave is luxury. The earned leave can about 20 to 30 days and not more that.

Sir, make strict rule to enroll all the beggars of every district in a list. Then make work houses in every district where these beggars can work. Work must be according to their age, sex and physical health. Like females can help in recycling better, males can do hard jobs too. It is not so easy because those who are getting free everything will not feel comfortable in work. So please make begging as crime in india. Even handicaps can do task such as polyethene separation etc.

For example, implement this law to all liquor shops by the side of the National Highway-5 between Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

Dear modi sir When we go to railway station for a ticket staff at the counter ask for a change .if the price of ticket is Rs 55 they ask for Rs5 change and if we have no change then they don't give the ticket and atlast we have to give Rs 5 extra. There should be a token system .for example if there is no change either of us they give us a Rs 5 token which we will reedem in next journey at any railway station.

Sir,I always shocked whenever i listen news about sexual asault on children,in reputed play schools or schools, they charged hefty fees from parents In these cases why schools or playschool are not accountable for their negligence.by my mind they should be fined heavily
