Respected PM, If really there is organized syndicates for begging, then they should be immediately stopped by Govt using Police force and Welfare department. The assistance of NGOs should also be taken. In another 6 six years India is expected to be in Developed Country by 2020. There is no single beggar to my sight in Paris and Rome 10 years back and in Washington DC, New York, Atlanta and Boston in 2012. It is also possible for India to keep our cities like that.

We should integrate a .. some sort of. education system in ren baseras. so that kids can study in day time.. education is best way.

The most important which worries me is children in begging.We have child helpline.But we need to make it more relevant.Once a person calls child helpline, which he might have noticed in train or in roads, immediately they should be able to reach the place and rescue them and also they should have resources to support those children once rescued.In that way organized gangs won't be able to sustain for long and will leave children. We need to have focused campaign

सरकार लोगों को सीधा भीख न देने को प्रेरित करना चाहिए | जो लोग इन भिखारियों को पैसा देते है, सरकार को उस धन को दानकर्ताओं से लेकर इन जरुरतमंद लोगों के लिए सुविधायों का प्रबंधन करना चाहिए और रेन बसेरे बना कर उनमे सुविधाएं बढ़ा कर इन भीख मांगने वालों जोकि सही मायने में जरुरतमंद है उनकी सहायता करनी चाहिए |

नए कोष में दानकर्ताओं को टैक्स में छूट होनी चाहिए और इस कोष से रेन बसेरों को बड़े बड़े उधोगपतियों की सहायता से मुफ्त भोजन, रहने, शिक्षा जिसमे की प्रौढ़ शिक्षा और चिक्तिसीय सुविधाओं का केंद्र बनाना चाहिए और हर जिले में एक या उससे ज्यादा होने चाहिए | रेन बसेरों में स्थानीय गुरुद्वारा, मंदिर या अन्य संस्थाओं के सहयोग से लंगर की व्यवस्था, उसी प्रकार से लोगों के दान से मुफ्त में कपड़े व् अन्य वस्तुओं के वितरण की व्यवस्था बनानी चाहिए |

To eradicate begging, bring them under nrega or some similar scheme where they have chance to work and earn their livelihood.
