Dear PM Please give AMNESTY to encourage Swiss Bank depositors to bring back their money as infrastructure investments in India. Let them be given Security Bonds for the money they bring back and their returns after certain years may be taxed. It is unwise to break the international confidentiality treaty of foreign banks. BEGGER CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE DNA TEST. to prove that they living with their real parents ,There should be committee as well who specialized work in to this Area. where they go and do spot checking in different part of india and also give the proof that they have checked this many hundreads of kids. and do DNA test, we might get many links through this .. we might find real big mafias related in to this business.

Suggestion for using technology: It has been suggested that many of the children employed for begging are actually kidnapped. Citizens can click photographs of children-beggars with their smart phones and upload it to a well-maintained publically modifiable web-portal. We can also specify information on when/where it was clicked. This portal then holds information which parents of missing children/police officers can regularly scan in their search of missing children. Hope this suggestion helps!

Each Panchayat should have at least two Vagabond' home & Night Shelter.They should be offered to NGOs for managemnt.Then begging should be banned nationally.Beggars should be interviewed by NGOs to obtain hitherto unknown facts about Syndicates. Such groups shuld be handled with an iron hand.Beggars should be treated for any disease etc. & be trained on some identified schemes & deployed.If nothing else they can be engaged as sweepers under Narega.

Innumerable missing children cases,lack of skills,poverty,no awareness might be the main reasons for this.Proactive functioning of CWCs,sensitizing the police, creating awareness among citizenry;that all begging children can and should be given to the nearest CWC in either of the 3 scenarios in order to put them in an orphanage cross check with missing cases providing them with their right to education and other rights as the parents are not able to provide. Reduction of hunger is paramount.
