आदरणीय महोदय भिक्षावृत्ति को रोकने के लिये उनका प्रवास कराना जरूरी है अधिकतर भिक्षुक मेहनत मजदूरी करना ही नहीं चाहते हैं ।अधिकतर भिखारी संगठित गिरोह के रूप में ही रहते है इनके निश्चित स्थान मन्दिर, मस्जिद ,गुरुद्वारा, बस व रेलवे स्टेशन भीड भरी बाज़ारें होती हैं, इन स्थानों पर इन्हे एकत्र ही नहीं होने दिया जाय ।इनके नाबालिक बच्चों को इनके सम्पर्क से छुडाकर इन्हें समाज में शिक्षित कर इन्हें पुनर्वासित कर दिया जाय। जब आने वाली पीडी ही शिक्षित हो जायेगी तो भिक्षावृत्ति धीरे-२ स्वयं ही समाप्त होने लगेगी।

Do any Govt Officer / Minister check the posts / discussions on this site ? I doubt - because I posted two questions on 14th of Oct . There is no reply.

Begging should be banned and government has to take care of the children and senior citizens and the young and middle aged persons should be punished Every child should get education and all basic needs through this website the government has to collect money for those activities

Govt doesn't have any data of Skilled & Unskilled Labour in India, then how come there can be any strategy to give them appropriate jobs. Our Govt has always wasted it's resources just For providing Freebies and Subsidy to poor instead of giving them means to earn their living themselves.

Govt should develop a pool of Skilled & unskilled People in three category. First Unemployed Youth, People in BPL List , Beggars List across the India. Govt should seek the data from industries within India or also from world-over the Requirement of Skilled & Unskilled labour. Then trained them accordingly to need of industry and then place them there.

There may be some strict laws and rule which can restrict begging. If any person is found begging, immediate action must be taken by the authorities.

First stop to give money to beggars!!!... Then if any adult is begging who is fit to work then report it immediately to the authorities of police/district administration. If sick/old person is begging then help them.

Govt Should formulate a strategy where we can use our Human resources , for Indian Govt Sector as well for Private sector in India as well as also for MNC companies.

I feel that people must know that to give money to beggars is not a religious job. People may give them cooked/ready to eat food to eat but not the money. If the beggars will not get money, the gangs of beggars will be vanished.

All Govt Depts both Central and State are being considered as corrupted. It is a normal mindset of people that where a Govt dept works any social or organisational activity, it is involved in corruption or a political gain. It is also seen that all productive establishments or factories managed by Govt are running in loss and when the same is taken over by a Pvt Company yields profit. Why this happens ? Are govt employees less efficient or the Govt has no control over them ? Pls think about it
