All the city dwelling cattle-keepers should be provided lands in the
county-side and they should be provided all facilities there i.e,
security, transporatation, milk-booth etc.
A provision for elctronic rickshaws for transportation of fodder and
milk from their house and mandi to the reallocation centres to and fro
on co- operative basis should be provided.
this will not only help in keeping our city and river ganges clean but
will also assist hassle-free traffic
