in order to build leadership in youth there needs to be strong stress on value and moral based education system in our country where strong emphasis must be given to character building than that of ruthless individual excellence to put it simply our school education system has become detrimental for youth to evolve as strong individuals and good leaders because the emphasis is more on ones own excellence than that of collective excellence.
