dear sir, kindly use the power of Post Offices by making them function as advance like commercial banks like online fund transfers to PPF, online purchase of NSCs. This will attract more investments even from high earning individuals. I face so much pain in depositing money to My PPF account since my native is Aligarh(UP) residing in Vadodara. If I can get facility of online transfer like banks this would be so cool & my deposits will even more than I target. Thanks & Regrds

For improving leadership qualities it is mandatory to introduce NCC and NSS from high school level

ASK EVERY COLLEGE STUDENT TO JOIN NCC, OR ANY NGO . GIVE THEM MARKS FOR SUCH PARTICEPATION.

Youth should be encouraged to give there viewpoints on social as well as political issues by organising debates weekly in their respective colleges or schools.Even this debates can be organised in public places like malls,parks.

Youth shall be encouraged to speak in open platform or even may be asked to have practical exams in their class in which students shall speak at their own on a particular topic and shall be appreciated in the open platform.
