Dear sir , to develop these leadership qualities, we should being from the process from school. Still in 2014 their is hardly any change in sylibus after independence. It is right time to change from traditional . Once the issue is sorted at root level the things will change automatically.

Its need to revised the Graduate Apprentice Stipend. It is not revised from last 10 year. So please consider this issue.

"What you learn is what you become". The change at grass-root level is required to develop the required qualities among youth. Current educations system doesn't encourage kids to become an leader. Schools and Parents still wants kids to mug-up the books and ignore the extra-curricular activities. 'Evolution' of education system, parent counseling, hiring & regular training of teacher, student interaction/exchange programs can bring the desired change in the youth mindset.

i just want to one idea to government our "national anthem" and "national song of india" to be FREE for all mobile company(service provider) as hello tune just because of that minimum 50% people choice as hello tune then our "RASTRA BHAKTI" will be more. it will create silent effect on people's mind just check it.

Please improve the internal security of North India.I have some views to improve internal security.

I think youngster do have leadership qualities but there need to set plat form for the same so, our local body like MLA ,MP ,Z P member carp orator all the politician member need to grown up and i think they need the proper training to develop the youth leadership.politician have very corrupt image like police.my request our respected prime minister please improve these politicians and this is for all party.

Give 'DIRECT OPPORTUNITY & PRESENCE' to Youths in Urban Planning & Development, especially the Infrastructural Projects. I have my personally prepared a project for the development of my city. I am eagerly expecting opportunity to showcase my project to appropriate authority. Once implemented & approved by the Government, I am super confident that this will be landmark project & role model for all future urban developments in India.

DEVELOPING A LEADERSHIP QUALITY COULD NOT BE DEVELOPED IN A SINGLE DAY. IT HAS TO BE DEVELOPED AND LEARNED FROM GROUND LEVEL (SCHOOL LEVEL).BY ASSIGNING A TEAM WORKS TO THE YOUTH STARTING FROM SCHOOL LEVEL TO DEVELOP AND BRING OUT THE BEST LEADERSHIP QUALITY

Sir, Please set up central institutes or university as Indian Institute of Good Governance(IIGG). Also introduce new bachelor/ master degree course in good governance.
