Since their nationalization of banks.from 1984 till 2009 there was no recruitment and hence now a days the problem of mass scale retirement is being faced by them. Recruitment is done but at very slow speed which does not match outflow due to retirements and resignees from the Banks because of low paid salaries to their officers and employees. There is need to increase salary which is due since Nov. 2012.Please direct IBA to settle the issue of salary revision of 10 lakh Bank Employees.

1. Relieve them from the clutches of teachers, lecturers and professors and educational institutions. 2.There should be some monitoring of the timings of starting and finishing off lectures. 3.There should be enough time left for students to read technical and non technical materials, play sports, participate in various activities. Well rounded personalities are not being shaped up by most of the Engineering colleges in the country. Or else why would lakhs of students be jobless?

indian villages destroyed by congress in 60 years. Every body shifted from towns , village to cities Becuase there is no facility. Facility providers don't go there because of downward trend. The trends be turned with shifting of Govt. offices to remote new places. Old cities will survive and don't need any additional inputs. Property rates will also be balanced . New constructions will provide employment too.

shifting of govt offices from cities to villages will reduce the payments [salary] because of no CCA and HRA and villagers will have a chance to live with officials educated and life style . Villagers will improve their living and a major part of the expenditure will be in village instead of cities. Govt. can sell the premises of these Govt. offices and construct the buildings quarters in village with new set up improved.

I suggest that this organisation should function [ office] from rural places with its office instead of Capital cities. with aerodrums facilities. It has 50+ offices in cities with head office at Mumbai. By opening its offices in villages at least that village will uplift and the officials will see villages
