They need to constitute primary citizen forums. Elected youth leader from each youth club be trained in youth leadership training at district/divisional level by selected training institutions. These institutions should follow a standardized training program which may be got developed by CYP, which also trains faculty in TOT.

Sir In todays world leadership qualities also means entreprener skills, most often people are unwilling to take risk in running their own business either due to fear of failure or due to lack of industry exposure . There are programmes for developing such skill on the part of the govt but its reach is limited.We need to conduct seminars and workshops reaching out to the people so that they are aware of opportunities in this area.also we can conduct interacting sessions with successful conti..

I think a small book by swami vivekananda -"Tonics to the soul" will do a great work for all youth..can it be added in school textbooks?

It takes time to inculcate leadership qualities in an individual and not a single shoot activity. Leaders do not wait for the opportunities to knock their door they rather grab it. But,as the question asks about what needs to be done, one possible solution is to provide them with number of opportunities to polish their skills and qualities. i think SCHOOL is the best place to start with. and Opportunities like National Events being organized in every School plus they being rewarded for the same.

For developing leadership qualities among the youths we need to give importance to their skills not their education. No one is less in their skills, but we never give chance to them to show their ability for which they are perfect. No doubt qualification is must but for specific field it must not be implanted for everyone. Give them a change & I guarantee they can work more efficiently as compared with educated persons.

Our Government have very poor employee in each and every department. They not work properly and earn money 40000 to 50000 per month and they not have knowledge of computer till. Please give job to knowledgeable persons. So many students are not get good job after completing educations. Give chance to young people.

Sir my self Vivek rai .I am from Varanasi .my sugetion regarding the problem which is face by middle class family student during their higher education .they not get education lone easily by bank so they can not continued studies .if they got loans due higher rate interest they can not afford it.
