World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October every year, with overall objective of raising issues of mental health around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Based on this objective, MoHFW is taking a unique initiative to inspire people with the stories of achievers who fought with any kind of mental health illness. Being open about mental health experiences and the journey of overcoming the same might be beneficial for others who are seeking for help to fight mental illness. To bring together the achievers (who fought with mental illness) as well as the seekers (who are looking for help to overcome mental health illness). Ministry of Health and Family Welfare invites people to share and inspire.

This World Health Day, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare invites people to share how they or someone they know fought with mental illness and came out with flying colours. #ShareToInspire

I think that everyone hsve a mental vibration according the waves against them. Tyy to reduce the strain with sharing our sorrow and other events. The Government have to watch the persons who wish the same mind and coordinate. Middle class and white collers suffer more with their limit. May be refuce the liability in living with single burden of taxes cess etc. Governmental supermarket and kitchen may be starts.

Meantl health is one of the most important thing in our life. A meantaly healthy person could live long with a healthy body. BUT if a person is meantly disturbed he or she or it could not live there life happyly. In INDIA meany of the children and women are been meantaly harrased . Students with week financial baground have a lot of tenssion to pay school dues and to meet their daily needs, which results in a meantal disturbance. Meantal healt would only bee achived if govt take proper steps .

There are negligible arrangements in India to treat mental disorder. I suggest that my Government need to take steps to enhance facilities.
