डिजिटल संसार मे हम अपने आस पास हो रहे गितिविधयों पे खास तौर पर स्कूल कॉलेज के छात्र पर ध्यान नही देते।पेरेंट्स अपने काम मे बिजी हैं ।खास तौर पर टीनेजर अपने को अकेला महसूस कर रहे हैं।मैं किसी काम से NATIONAL इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी .... गया था ।वहाँ की गतिविधयां को देख मैं स्तब्ध रह गया।क्वालिटी ऑफ EDUCTION वहाँ की अच्छी है।पर MENTALITY की बात है।Limitation ऑफ friendship भूल रहे हैं।ये चीजें लांग टर्म में मानसिक आसन्ति का कारण बन राहींहै।मुझे लगता है यही कारण है कि तलाक भी बढ़ते जा रहे हैं।

Mental health thik rkhne ke liye hume apna khana pina jse pani zyda pina n fruits zyda lena chaiye or khana khane ka ek time fix hona chaiye or dusra sabhi apne shedule ya relation se preshn rhte h to relation thik rhe isly relation se koii expectation nhii krna chaiye is se hum mental condition ko thik rkh skte hain

in my opinion there are certain mental diseases such as Epilepsy and low mental IQ but there are no certificates which guaratee them jobIt is very essential that we should make them stand on their own. Government also should give some certificate for epileptic people so that they can get job somewhere in govt or pvt organisation..
