World Mental Health Day is celebrated on 10th October every year, with overall objective of raising issues of mental health around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. Based on this objective, MoHFW is taking a unique initiative to inspire people with the stories of achievers who fought with any kind of mental health illness. Being open about mental health experiences and the journey of overcoming the same might be beneficial for others who are seeking for help to fight mental illness. To bring together the achievers (who fought with mental illness) as well as the seekers (who are looking for help to overcome mental health illness). Ministry of Health and Family Welfare invites people to share and inspire.

This World Health Day, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare invites people to share how they or someone they know fought with mental illness and came out with flying colours. #ShareToInspire

महोदय मेरी पंचयात मैं एक छोटा सा स्वास्थ केंद्र है ये मेने प्लान प्लस ऑनलाइन साइड पर देखा था जब इसकी मरम्मत के लिए 60000 हजार रुपए मरम्मत के लिए सेंगशन हुए थे लेकिन आज तक मेने ये स्वास्थ केंद्र खुला नही देखा है अगर मेरी पंचायत मैं स्वास्थ केंद्र है तो डाक्टर भी होंगे दवाइयां भी आती होंगी तो ये सब कहा है गरीब किसान कहा जाए कहा से इलाज कराए क्या कभी मेरी पंचायत का स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खुल पाएगा मेरा यही सवाल है इंतजार रहेगा मुझे मेरे सवाल के जवाब का धन्यवाद।

Love letter to my self ❤️on the occasion of mental health day....☺️ Dear me❤️ Just ignore other's behavior which hurts you because God gives you only one life n you have to do many things in ur life for ur loving once...... always keep smile😊 on ur face it's make you more energetic.💞 Always keep positiveness in ur soul and stay away from negativity. Negative environment is more dangerous for healthy n happy mind.😊😊😘💝

It is true that everyone is under stress in this fast moving world which has resulted in problems in mental health.I feel that we must do yoga, meditation, exercise and always think positively. It is true that all people do not have the stamina or patience for the same. Being with people who are positive does make a difference. I too have faced problems in the workplace when people refuse to cooperate even though their contribution was for the betterment of institution i still am positive.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी हमारे देश में आज भी किसी विचार को व्यक्त करने की कोई ठोस व तार्किक शैली नहीं है और इसी के अभाव में देश की अधिकांश जनता तक सही जानकारी गहनरूप से नहीं पहुँच पा रही है और इसी कारण देशवासियों में जागरूकता का स्तर बहुत दयनीय है । अतः देश की जनता से सीधे तौर पर संपर्क साधने की तकनीक विकसित हो और इसे जमीन पर जा कर गहराई से जाँचा परखा जाये तभी देशवासियों के मन में जागरूकता का स्तर सुदृढ़ होगा और एक दिशा और तय समय सीमा में प्रगती के साकारात्मक परिणाम मिलेंगे ।
