Recently, India was ranked very low in the most happy countries. The main reason of sadness and a bad mental health is probably the tension that prevails in the mind of every individual who is working. Sir, we need to take steps forward for both in public and private sector workers to ensure that along with their work they get leisure time as well.

Presently dipression has become one of the major disease. One thing to note that dipression is not mental state,it is disease where one is having negative thought continuously. Earlier I was patient of severe depression so i can say that one should be refrained from english medication. There may be several reasons for dipression like genetic, planets effect, black magic, harmones imbalance etc.I think parents should be educated about depression so that they can help their children properly.
