अगर आप किसी तनाव में हैं, तो अपनी अपनी परेशानी किसी के साथ साझा करें, क्योंकि दुनिया मे कोई भी इंसान अकेला नहीं है। हमें हर उस चीज़ का सम्मान करना चाहिए जिसे क़ुदरत ने बनाया है। किसी का भी मज़ाक बनाकर उसका दिल नही दुखाना चाहिए इससे उसको मानसिक पीड़ा हो सकती है। लोग तनाव में आकर अपनी जान तक दे देते हैं , हमें अपनी ज़िंदगी की क़ीमत को समझना होगा, कुछ कमाल का काम करना होगा। मैं आपको बताता हूँ कि कमाल कौन लोग करते हैं - मरने वाले तो ख़ैर बेबस हैं, जीने वाले कमाल करते हैं।। क्योंकि हम केबिल है अदभुत सोच की।

मानसिक विकास हम सभी लोगों के लिए जरूरतमंद है समय-समय पर लोगों के मानसिक विकास होती रहती है बच्चे जब बड़े होते हैं तो उनके मानसिक विकास में भी वृद्धि होती है मानसिक विकास के कारण हम सही गलत को समझ पाते हैं यदि हम लोगों के पास मानसिक विकास ना हो तो हम लोग इस दुनिया की कोई भी काम को सही तरीके से नहीं कर सकते हैं लोगों के मन में कई तरह के मानसिक विचार आते हैं जैसे ऐसे लोगों की सेवा करना गरीबों का जरूरत पूरा करना और बहुत सारे विचार आते हैं जो दिमाग हमें करने के लिए प्रेरित करता है

मानसिक स्वास्थ्य हमारी जीवन के बारे में स्पष्टता पर पर निर्भर करता है। यदि व्यक्ति समस्या या वस्तुओं को सही एवं स्पष्ट समक्षता सीख ले तो मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, उत्तम रहेगा। मेरा तो मानना है कि इस सम्बन्ध मेंविद्यालयी स्तर से शुरुआत करनी चाहिए।

मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को सदैव मजबूत बनाए रखने की हर संभव कोशिश करनी चाहिए।इसका सबसे सरल एवं सुगम उपाय अपनों से जुड़े रहना है।अपने परिवार के हर छोटे बडे से घुल मिल कर रहे, जीवन में कभी भी कोई कठिनाई हो तो अपने माता पिता से जरूर बात करनी चाहिए क्योंकि वे अपनी संतान को कभी भी कठिन परिस्थिति में अकेला नहीं छोडेंगे।अपने माता पिता से यदि मतभेद भी हो तो भी विषम परिस्थितियों में उनसे बेहतर सलाह कोई नहीं दे सकता।मानसिक स्वास्थ्य बेहतर रखने के लिए मन में किसी तरह की उलझन को बसेरा करने से पहले उसे निकाल बाहर करे

Mental health problems is basically poor emotional health.Emotion are part of life don't kept it inside . whether it is good or bad , pleasing or strange release it.if you keep it inside it take up the shape of mental health.share your problems with family ,friends .do meditation.eat a healthy diet.Sometimes go for trekking ordo what u love and u r save from mental problems.

I feel our diet plays a major role in maintaining our mental health. We should not permit foreign investors for western & fast food shops. Rather we should encourage our traditional food and variety of Indian states by organising food mela during festivals.

Mental Health Disorders can affect classroom learning and social interactions, both of which are critical to the success of students. However, if appropriate services are put in place to support a young person's mental health needs we can often maximize success and minimize negative impacts for students. As a Library professional meet many partially metal illness student and intellectually little less developed student I always try to assist them as there friend in there level.

in my opinion, think on the topic which you gonna struggled. don't take help of others because they give you their opinion, they may don't know about your problem practically. so choose the better option always. be a filtered option taker 👍. meditation is the best way to keep your mind peaceful . please make time at least 10 minutes per day for meditation. and remember, you are only the creator of you. be smarter, be the right person. best of luck🙏
