also I feel there are Hugh crowd of students who have do e graduation plus apprenticeship.you should stop it immediately.

I have done apprentice from BHEL haridwar.i have done so much of hard work there.but only for one year.goverment should make us permanent employee on merit and work basis.

नमस्कार मोदी जी, आप के 2014 के पहले भाषण मैं देश के युवाओं के भविष्य के बारे में बोला था कि हमारे बच्चें नर्स डॉक्टर योग्य डिग्रियां ले भारत से उनको विदेश में एक्सपोर्ट किया जाना चाहिये..! मेरा सुझाव है वकील इंजीनियरिंग एमबीए जो डिग्रियां पढ़ाई अब कामकी नहीं उनको भारत मे पढना बंद कर दिया जाय बच्चों को सिर्फ़ नर्सिंग डॉक्टर कॉम्प्यूटरके कोडिंग के कोर्स सस्ते में संभि जाती के बच्चों को पढ़ाया जाय 500 के स्टाम्प पर लिखित में लिया जाय सरकारी फ़ीस पर पढ़े सिर्फ़ ईश देश मे कार्य करेंगे विदेश में नहीं...!

शुरू से ही पढ़ाई -लिखाई के साथ-साथ अगर स्किल डेवलपमेंट कोर्स करवाया जाए तो। वह व्यवहारिक जीवन की असली पढ़ाई होगी। लोगों का जीवन स्तर उच्च होगा।

Sir, I think that everyone whether he/she is a poor or rich, Everyone would get a government job on the basis of their intelligence, experience, knowledge. If anyone would get a government job everyone will be happy and government will get more taxes by which the country can become a devloped nation.

In ITI and Diploma the course should be considered completed without apprentice

Apprentice should be done to learn some skill not to get just a certificate

Minimum Wages should be fixed to all apprentices whatsoever their work. Health Insurance Must be covered for them. Separate savings scheme like PF should be provided to apprentices. Maximum Age limit should fixed to Apprenticeship. Crossing that age they should treat as permanent workers. Companies must permanent job for all apprentices at least 3 years after completion of apprenticeship.

Sir, in my suggestion agricultural apprenticeships r to be conducted in village levels and experts from universities r to impart knowledge and training in village agricultural fields so that local youths will gain confidence for farming from which young people r distancing. There should be a complete transparency and transfer of scientific knowledge to youths by experts receiving high end salaries but unable to withstand one hour outdoor work for which they r master designated. a practical way.
