'इन-फ्लाइट कनेक्टिविटी' पर परामर्श पत्र के लिए ट्राई ने सुझाव आमंत्रित किया है

10 अगस्त 2017 के अपने संदर्भ के माध्यम से दूरसंचार विभाग ने सूचित किया है कि भारतीय वायु परिधि में घरेलू, अंतरराष्ट्रीय और ओवरफ्लाइंग उड़ानों के लिए हवाई जहाजों में व्हाइइस, डेटा और वीडियो सेवाओं के लिए इन-फ्लाइट कनेक्टिविटी (आईएफसी) पेश करने का प्रस्ताव है.. .दूरसंचार मंत्रालय ने ट्राई से आईएफसी के प्रावधान के मुताबिक व्हाइस , डेटा और वीडियो सेवाओं के साथ साथ प्रवेश शुल्क, लाइसेंस शुल्क जैसे संबंधित मुद्दों को लेकर अपनी सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अनुरोध किया है। स्पेक्ट्रम संबंधित मुद्दों सहित उपयोग शुल्क( यूजेज चार्ज) और आवंटन की विधि और अन्य शर्तों की बाबत भी जानकारी मांगी गई है।

इस संबंध में, 29 सितंबर 2017 को एक परामर्श पत्र जारी किया गया है, इस परामर्श पत्र को
यहां रखा गया है|

सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि 10 नवंबर, 2017 है।

In respect to facilities to be given in In Flight connectivity for various telecom services is very goods concept, but, safety and security in flight is very important, hence, there should be kept proper control on the facilities to be given to people in flight, it should not be missed use to harm the people, the procedure for allocation of spectrum and other system to tele-operator should be transperent, all the procedure of application should be online, it will increase the earning,best wishes

In-Flight connectivity (IFC) is a good proposal but, serious and in-depth considerations need to be carried out about the aspect of security and safety implications of such a proposal. Security risks and threats need to be taken into account while such a proposal is being considered. A pilot project for a period of 6 months may be considered for making a practical assessment of this proposal of IFC. Mock drills could be part of such assessments. Periodical security drills should be conducted.

Hon. PM has made great effort and given great relief to the people by changing rules in GST, In respect to speedy development of business and Industries and economic growth, the restriction on cash payment should be relaxed, it can be control by implementing 1 or 0.1percent tax on cash transaction as just provided in GST for exporter, so, the transaction can be scrutinised for gennuinness and business will grown fastly will result quick increase in growth rate, best wishes

IFC will be beneficial because many passengers need to be connected with outside world due to serious commitments. The assent of a General Manager is necessary to sign a deal but that can not be conveyed in a long flight which leads to procrastination. The signal to be used in IFC must never interfere with that used for operation of the aircraft. Fees must be reasonable. Allocation may be made equal for all in a cabin or proportional to ticket cost. A wide spectrum is good for communication.

Hon. PM has declared few days earlier to give relief in GST to various business men including small person, we congratulation and thanks to hon. PM, Hon.FM and GST council, who has taken very important decision to give great relief to the people of nation by deleting the provisions of RCM,return filling etc., the effect of this changes will be very positive for our economic development as well as growth rate will also be increase due to rise in business of people, thanks to all, best wishes
