Sir, with the advent of newer mobile, electronic technology..the products themselves are undergoing changes whereby every six months we are ending up getting newer version of the same. This creates E-waste. we so many old mobile phones, TVs, cameras etc My suggestions is that 1. units or collection centres be set up in various places so that consumers can drop in their old mobiles etc there just as we have cheques dropbox in banks. 2.larger equipment be collected manually 3. Home collection facilities extended to people who cannot come to centres like senior citizen etc. 4. some incentive be given to consumers for their old products that would encourage them to participate in this activity. 5. once the products that are collected in this way some of their individual parts,chips if usable can be reused thereby reducing the carbon footprint..

Nirmala Sita Raman ji that what so ever TDS had been deducted and reflected in 26as that is to be accounted for. if there is any mistake in reporting by tax payers or dedicator it should be verified by the income tax authorities and due credit be given. it should not be kept unaccounted. secondly while adopting the new portal income tax authorities have owned the demands of the earlier years for which manualy returns were filed and tax payers have no record and even the banks who deducted TDS and remitted are also not having records be either matched with the tax paid by asecee and due credit not given by the authorities due to some mistake of TAN, PAN or ANY OTHER REASONS. the TDS paid and remitted to authorities must be lying in some account for which the demands are raised/adjusted by authorities. further if the refund for subsequent years have been paid the demands of earlier years have not to be raised.

E-waste is the biggest problem in our country. We can you good quality of material product and recyle electronic product and we could not use any plastic products also

The idea of recycling the e-waste, itself is great. However, I do not see anybody in the world is ready with the concept, actually. Saying this because it demands a research, first. Like, suppose one knows the reason why capacitor failed. A capacitor comprised of two plates, and an insulator. Means any fault, then must be laying in plates. A plate comprised of many atoms. Failure thus may represent an impurity or so in the plate. A research may suggest how the failure can be success OR can detail the path for super succes, which can be used for the construction of super successful material OR Removal of failure for an absolute success, etc. In such case, the price of plates will be higher than the previously sold price. Similarly, for other components one can apply.
