सरकारी धन का एक बड़ा हिस्‍सा रियायती पेट्रोलियम उत्‍पाद उपलब्ध कराने में खर्च हो जाता है। सरकार ने वर्ष 2013-14 में रियायती पेट्रोलियम उत्‍पाद उपलब्ध कराने में 1, 39, 869 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए थे। चूंकि कच्‍चे तेल और एलपीजी की घरेलू उपलब्‍धता सीमित है इसलिए मांग को पूरा करने के लिए इनका बड़ी मात्रा में आयात किया जाता है। सरकार पर घरेलू एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी का तेल रियायत प्राप्त मूल्यों पर उपलब्‍ध कराने के कारण सब्सिडी का बोझ पड़ता है। एलपीजी और एसकेओ के लिए निर्धारित किये गए अलग-अलग और दोहरे मूल्‍य के कारण (रियायत प्राप्‍त और बिना किसी रियायत के) रियायत प्राप्‍त एलपीजी और मिट्टी के तेल का प्रयोग वाणिज्‍यिक क्षेत्र में किया जाता है। यद्यपि सरकार ने रियायत प्राप्‍त एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी के तेल के इस प्रयोग को रोकने के लिए बहुत से कदम उठाए हैं लेकिन एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी के तेल के विपथन में कमी लाने के लिए हम नागरिकों के सुझाव चाहते हैं।

एलपीजी तथा मिट्टी के तेल के विपथन और सरकार पर रियायत संबंधी भार को कम करने के लिए अपने सुझाव साझा करें।

Pranam Modiji…, personally I felt very happy to see the statement that regarding "surrendering the subsidized LPG by well-off consumers". I feel many of them having in their minds to quitting their subsidy for their gas account. Here my recommendation is to find way to update "quitting my subsidy" option and acknowledgement should come for that update. So that people will get a provision to share this update through Facebook, Whatsup, twitter….etc. I think this is a positive way to handle this.

Dont worry about subsidy, the black market of asking extra of about 10% of bill for delivering the cylinder is already accounts for black money in terms of lakhs together per town per day. Its just managerial thing, hope u would look into this robbery.Lets make India corruption less country.

2-surrender lpg subcidised conection can restart by any month as desire by consumer with a minimum formality. Kerosene supply should be close for lpg consumer in town where electricity is sufficienly supply properly at night. Lpg should supply to only whom who are not lifting Kerosene. Thanks and regards

pranam modiji, when does delivery of cylinder will be made free for consumers without delivery boy asking extra money. This is one problem every household whether rich or poor suffering every time they book the cylinder. Once you book for refill u cant leave home. Preferred time delivery is non sense. But step in right direction. We are asking one thing that atleast delivery boy to let us know he is delivering the cylinder today. We are not asking time and date, atleast the day he is bringing.

Sir,Namaskar.PM's request for surrender of free lpg is not admissionble to all.Time good today become bad tomorrow may be.So it is neccesary to bring a guideline for every consumer and benifite than by say saying your benefits for gov.is you left lpg or kerosene money will reach to PMRF.consumer should receive a money receipt for same which could beproduce before IT dept..or they can donate thier subscidery ammount to any gov rehablitation programme. Some special benificiary scheme must be lu

aadarniya modi ji,aap janta se expect krte h ki jo log well off hai vo subsidy lena chhod de.mai aap se ek baat puchhna chahta hu ki hamare desh ke M.P,M.L.A kya desh ki janta se bhi itne gaye gujre hai ki unko parliament canteen mai kahan khane k liye subsidy ki jarurat padti hai? jb hamare neta parliament canteen ka khana afford nhi kr skte to aap kaise expect kr skte h ji jo log well off hai vo non-subsidy cylinder afford kar le?wa hre hmare neta five str m khana afford kr skte h canteen nhi?

Dear All, Yesterday’s appeal of honourable prime minister regarding surrendering the subsidized LPG by well off consumer is very much correct. However, in my opinion, Indian consumers may not attract to this appeal, until some benefit is passed on, such as “Priority in delivery of LPG Gas” or any other such privileges. Regards, Rajiv Gupta
