One Country One Value of Goods for #DepartmentofRevenue In India, the valuation of capital goods and depreciation rules are different for, Income Tax (ministry of finance), Customs and Excise (ministry of finance) and for Registrar of Companies (ministry of corporate affairs). All these different rules should be merged and unified by Directorate General of Valuation or similar agency and only one value of capital goods should be applicable across various ministries and in the whole country.

Today many shopkeepers asks 2% extra for payment through card to save themselves from Tax Liability. Make use of plastic money competitive by offering FLAT 2 % discount on MRP on any products all over INDIA in big cities. With this all shopkeepers have to open bank account as customer asks for bill in this case for 2% discount. The govt will receive 5 % VAT from Goods as done in big malls and with this all small or big retailors will come in Income tax liability.

when Form 80G/H are submitted to banks to exempt from TDS on interest on FDs/TDs,very few banks software enables them to indicate the "interested credited" in Form 26 AS of IncomeTax web site, and TDS isshown as NIL.But many a banks don't feed this data/or their software does not provide to tag the interest credited to Form 26AS.so, many people keep FDs in multiple banks ,give Form 26 AS to each bank/branch not to make TDS. As form 26AS does not show interest credits, that income is escaping tax

Reduce the use of liquid cash. Popularise the usage of mobile cash transfers for small business like buying a soap, toothpaste, road side tea, autorihshaw etc. Let a small percentage of that transaction (not more than 1%) go to a govt. account. Charge ATM cash withdrawal.Popularise card, cheque and mobile money transactions. Let banks device methods to validate the cheques for certain period to avoid bouncing. Basically widen the tax net and reduce the tax on salaried people.

#myidea respected sir , if we take billing software of 1o shops, these 10 shops are using 10 types of billing software. but the they may be dealing with the same products. in this juncture i would like to say that we should develop an online billing system and every shops has to link with the billing system. this can be implemented as the part of digital india program. A bill may please be introduced in parliament to find the disparity in paying taxes from same types of shops.

How to stop black money in Property. No. 1 source & place of Black Money. Create Property Buying Fund. Law should be made that any property that is transacted, Government can buy at 10% premium within 30 days. Example Land worth Rs. 100 Crore (Cr) Sold at Rs. 25 Cr on paper, 75 Cr cash Govt. can buy at 27.5 Cr within 30 days (compulsory enforceable law) So buyer giving cash loses 75 Cr Govt can then sell at 60-70 Cr white and earn profit also This law & enforcement will kill black money

Cyber crime is on the increase and online theft using false calls, stolen credit card information etc. has become common. It is important to consider tax relief to such theft provided suitable FIR is filed and no fruitful action has resulted in hetting money back. This may please be considered.
