मंत्रालय आपको ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए एक तिथि सुझाने(कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर) और इसके लिए कार्यक्रम के आयोजन से संबंधित अपने विचार एवं सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के निम्नलिखित पहलुओं से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्नों पर नागरिकों के विचार आमंत्रित किये गए हैं:

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए तिथि का चयन किस आधार पर किया जाए (कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर)?
गाँव संरचना दिवस में कौन सी गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण लोगों को इससे कैसे जोड़ा जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस मनाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता कहाँ से मिल सकती है?
गाँव संरचना दिवस पर ग्रामीणों/ ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा अगले पांच सालों के लिए क्या लक्ष्य निर्धारित किये जाने चाहिए (जैसे शिशु मृत्यु-दर और मातृ मृत्यु-दर में कमी, साफ़ पेयजल, खुले में शौच मुक्त गांव, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन इत्यादि) और क्या संकल्प लिया जाना चाहिए?
लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए कार्य के लिए किस आधार पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए?
ग्रामीण लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए असाधारण कार्य के लिए किस तरह के पुरस्कार दिए जाने चाहिए?

Sir, We elected our representatives for five years or to say approximately 1825 days, If Govt. modified the people representative act with provision that every elected or person trying for filling nomination in next election should have to visit minimum 75% of panchayats of the state for state level leaders and 75% of Blocks of country for National leaders only able to filling his nomination otherwise he/she will rejected then only we will found good representative.

It is my view that corruption is most visible at the panchayat level of politics. Therefore, I feel that we must create a complaints forum in the district adminstration(online or otherwise). This is so that people who generally dont get access to government machinery may be able to do so. This will help create accountability where none exists. The magistrate must act on the complaint in 30 days and a quarterly report must be presented by the sarpanch to the gram sabha and dm on how money is used

plan development of govt school,post,disaster equipment space, police,health in one building in rural areas a panchayat property, much expense will be saved, make one identical design ,of building with all furnish layout a tailor made package,introduce precast construction methods,with solar,gprs etc,make directory of ready made setup provider, at net cost package,utilize M.P. FUND or let resp m.p. select which package to buy,or select areas,we will save money,aam admi will see development

My Village is near to Roorkee & area is famous for sugarcane farming.. 80 % Farmers are depend on revenu earn from sugarcane. from one & half year they don't paid the amount from sugermills. nobody from Gov listen there voice. They are very upset and unhappy. Even Modi ji did not say anything for farmers, corruption is on top everybody is ready to cheat them, in Block, Disstt, Chakbanddi office etc. they need 1. Correct rate. 2. Payment of sugercane on time. 3. Corruption free

poor people from villages dont expect too much from the government thats for sure...but the basic things ..such as housing(IAY), toilets,water & food..if this things are reached they would be very happy. Electricity doesnt even bother them if you provide this things. IAY housing survey.disgusting" even the poorest of the poor doesnt even get it.I think the survey was done somwhwere in about1600BC lol! and they are still providing through that survey poor doesnt remain poor and new poor comes up

to make Jan Dhan Yojna & other Social Schemes a Success we must Involve Gram Panchayats. they may be asked to(with the help of state govt) to prepare a Community Hall which can House Ext.Counter of some Banks,where local people can take services of Banks. it should cover 4-5 villages. means after 12-15 km we can have this Banking facility with the help villager it will boost the Concept& make it easy for women folk elderly people. Banks share infra like AC/DG/EB/Guards which can save Capex/Opex.

Ask every pradhan to submit at least 100 mobile numbers and e-mail ids from his village.All of them should be from separate families.Prior information of all schemes/funds to be disbursed shall be passed on to all of them.Information after completion of any scheme or funds utilized(including names of beneficiaries) shall also be passed onto them.

sir gram panchyat ki yojnao ka paisa pradhan aur gram vikas adhikari mil kar kha jate he yahan tak ki jin yojanao ka paisa account mein ata hai wahan bhi unka hissa tai hota hai swachta mission ke tehat up mein jo suchaly bane hi ve bahut ghatia qualitey ke hai unki janch karai jai is yojna mein jam kar dhndhli hui hai. pesa sidhe labharthi ke khate mein jana cahiye pradhan ke khate me nahi
