मंत्रालय आपको ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए एक तिथि सुझाने(कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर) और इसके लिए कार्यक्रम के आयोजन से संबंधित अपने विचार एवं सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के निम्नलिखित पहलुओं से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्नों पर नागरिकों के विचार आमंत्रित किये गए हैं:

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए तिथि का चयन किस आधार पर किया जाए (कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर)?
गाँव संरचना दिवस में कौन सी गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण लोगों को इससे कैसे जोड़ा जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस मनाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता कहाँ से मिल सकती है?
गाँव संरचना दिवस पर ग्रामीणों/ ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा अगले पांच सालों के लिए क्या लक्ष्य निर्धारित किये जाने चाहिए (जैसे शिशु मृत्यु-दर और मातृ मृत्यु-दर में कमी, साफ़ पेयजल, खुले में शौच मुक्त गांव, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन इत्यादि) और क्या संकल्प लिया जाना चाहिए?
लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए कार्य के लिए किस आधार पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए?
ग्रामीण लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए असाधारण कार्य के लिए किस तरह के पुरस्कार दिए जाने चाहिए?

I don't know why every where looting is going on in India : We NRI's sending money to india which will help India financially . I would like to discuss something which should be changed such as tatkal passport rule " Generally we are going to Passport office , they will send us for Police verification " Police person will ask bribe which is around INR 10-15 K " it's just shit on our face , we are supporting India , even they are getting paid their salaries ... too they wanted to loot us ..

When village will be develope oua country will develope there is no light no water no roads in many of villages in north india like as Up Bihar etc and in 4g period if u will goes to villages and see their problems can undersatnd how they can lives there while light is not come in the vilages how do they know what program u r making for them they dont know their rights so in election time they take money and give vote. Very bad condition sir in our india like as ANDH MAHADEEP

Sir,earlier I put my views on this platform,hope u have noticed it. Again sir, I Swarup Das, GRS under MGNREGA,(state:-WEST BENGAL,DIST-HOOGHLY,BALAGARH-BLOCK,Sija Kamalpur GP)is trying to draw your kind attention on the tough condition of us. We get only 7500/salary,but we have to all other works including MGNREGA.Most of us are badly dependent on this salary,hope you will take care of our future. Neither we have security of job nor a good salary. There is no exam system to being elevated.

Sir,why don't you withdraw the LAND ACQUISITION BILL submitted in the Parliamentwhich is anti-farmers? We elected BJP with thumping majority. Sir, ours is a KRISHI PRADHAN DESH. as regards your concern regards availability of land for Industries, I think there is plenty of follow land in our country. I suggest you prepare OUTLIN DEVELOPMENT PLAN for each region demarkating therein barren and follow land. The land of farmers under irrigation and otherwise should not be acquired at any cost.

एक और उदाहरण जो हम सबको ज़मीनी हकीकत से रूबरू करवाता है। राजस्थान में इस बार पंचायत चुनाव में न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता का प्रावधान था। अब चूंकि जिनके मुंह खून लगा हुआ है वो ये पांच साल किसी भी कीमत पर नहीं छोड़ना चाहते। इसलिये उन्होने ये तरीका अपनाया। और सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है कि मैं भी देख रहा हूं और आप भी देखेंगे कि इतने बड़े अपराध और इतनी बड़ी न्यूज छपने के बाद भी इनका कुछ नहीं बिगड़ेगा। :(

जब हम आगे बढ़ने की बातें कर रहे हैं तब महिला सशक्तिकरण के दावों का ये हश्र बहुत कुछ कहना चाह रहा है। जमीनी हकीकत बहुत अलग है।

Dear Sir, Why are you not solving the problems of the researchers? You declared the fellowship hike for the research scholar but the implementation is hanging due to the technicalities in the funding agencies. I know, current govt. is not guilty of that but if the hunger strikes and protests go on, surely it will decrease the popularity of P.M. and his party. So, Please, don't avoid the issue.
