LIC should be free from agents because only at the time of opening of policy 3 to 4 times concern agent is contacting to customer. Once policy is opened & his commission started then agent is not giving any service to needy customer. Due to this fact is that crores of LIC policies went in lapse condition. So LIC should provide one information officer in each branch to give required information about any policy & make LIC free from agents. In banks without agents insurance policies are opened.

Why can't Govt. stock up the petrol when it is low and why can't they mix ethanol with petrol like in brazil where i have heared that 80% of ethanol is mixed with 20%petrol. They have reduced the petrol intake. And amny students are taking up projects in tech institutes all over India for solar energy . Why it is like India with huge solar potential not giving philip to these industry. These students are also not encouraged. We are experiencing a mere ugly politics & we lost greate leaders.

Jaitly ji, levy central excise duty on exempted footwear @4% upto mrp 499. Industry demands exemption due to fear of centyral excise staff, otherwise they r ready to pay. U can get 5000 crores as revenue . Pl give in writing no staff will visit them. States should also remove exemption to footwear on the basis of mrp. No logic of this exemption now. These manufacturers r contributing nothing in revenues. Pl examine this n remove exemption to footwear industry

3. Remove luxury tag from airtravel and check price of ATF. It provides faster travel facility why tax it so much that this mode of travel is not utilised usefully. 4. Remove taxation on interest earned on FDs. This will bring huge amount of money in banks who will be able to finance business activity. 5. Remove road certificates and Form C for sales on CST - biggest hindrance in interstate sales. 6. Encourage Make in India from Indian Homes. Opening current account is a high hill task. Regards

Jaitly ji, levy excise duty on exempted footwear uptp 499 mrp. This is not reqd now. People r scared of excise staff, give them written protection. Levy 4 % only without cenvat. U will get minimum. 5000 crores of central excise duty. This is the right time to tax this sector.

1. For better budget performance enhance delegation of expenditure powers for Capital works. Maximum three levels of approvals should be there for better accountability. Finance departments should act as consultants not auditors. 2. Re-appropriation of funds should be made easier. Rigidity in Budgeting is the major reason for poor budget performance. Lot of funds get locked in schemes which cannot be executed but where expenditure is possible those schemes suffer due to lack of funds.
