major problem is lack of water management. we should save water

Considering the global changes, it is time to start thinking towards policy changes for implementation of rain water harvesting methodologies in every state of India. The initiation needs to come from Government of India. Every new apartment/building need to implement it and government need to provide some incentives like tax deduction etc. In Rural areas trenches with low cost need to be initiated and proper subsidy need to be provided.

In some areas lands are kept idle (Not used for commercial as well as for agriculture). Identify all the lands and make half to one feet mud wall across the boundaries of the land. During the rain session this will act like a pond and will help the water to stay for one week. This intern will increase the ground water level. Make it mandatory to whoever keeping the land idle. If they are not doing, charge them with fine and government takes the ownership and implements it.

Make small groups in villages with young people from age 13 to 25. Provide the fund and ownership of watershed management with respect to that village. Document the work and give the appreciation based on the results. Monitor and audit the work by using some private players. Group these groups across taluk and district level.

Provide the ownership of small and big ponds to corporate and small companies. Make it transparent so that anyone can bid by using online website and take the ownership for 2 to 3 years. So that they do the maintenance and cleaning of the ponds. They get the money by advertising their efforts. Fish forming, boat activities, walking track and security will provide some employment.

During the rain session, excess water from dams should be opened via canals and fill the small and big ponds across the irrigation area. This will help to improve the ground water level. Small and big ponds should be connected with main canals from the Dams. New canals have to be made for excess rain water management without using concrete structures.

THERE SHOULD BE A PENSION SYSTEM APPLICABLE FOR ALL CITIZENS OF INDIA .IN WHICH THEY CAN SUBMIT A PARTICULAR AMOUNT OF THEIR INCOME IN PENSION ACCOUNT FROM THE STARTING OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT. THERE SHOULD BE A SUITABLE FACILITY OF INSTALLMENT FOR CASH DEPOSIT AND THERE SHOULD BE A VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE GIVEN ON THIS AMOUNT . AT THEIR EDGE OF SIXTY ACCOUNT HOLDER COULD GOT A SUFFICIENT MONTHLY PENSION FROM HIS PENSION ACCOUNT SO WE SHOULD BECOME FREE FROM THE LOAD OF OLD AGE WELFARE SCHEMES.
