(Contd..) This card should be able to use across the whole nation. It will also reduce the cash transaction significantly. I have seen this kind of card in South Korea, so this is system is practically possible. It can be made available at public transport stations & can be good replacement for monthly pass. Advantages: - Reduce cash transactions - Remove the problems like giving a change / exchanging money while buying tickets - Save time. - Useful for tourists.

One step towards providing digital services is to have a cashless society. I would like to suggest about the 'Cashless travel' system. Can government introduce a card, that can be used instead of a cash, for travel purpose ? The card can be used for all kind of transportation facilities like Air, Railway, Metro and buses. Even this card should be used to pay the Toll at highways. Government then can ask private taxi or cab operators to support this.

What was essentially meant for public utility has become a tool for commercial exploitation. So the government will be well adviced to bring in detailed guidelines to distinguish between essential services of public neccessity that every citizen is entitled to and all other internet services. The former being made accessible for free across the telecom spectrum to all those who possess web browsers and an internet connection while the latter will be available...(contd.,)

In the recent past there has been a lot of talk about net neutrality, especially with regard to zero rating services. The rationale behind above-mentioned service is to provide free access to essential public services that every citizen requires and is entitled to, by law. But,telecom companies have found a way to benefit from the lack of clarity in regulations with regard to this subject, by using the zero rating platform to market their own products.(contd.,)

i feel government on a priority should strive to bring almost if not all services accessible and document generation from internet. like Addhar can be downloaded from net. more and more services shall be given through internet which will ensure less corruption, speedy delivery and efficiency.
