Technology, Speed , Performance first with companies providing telecom sector is more important to improve as still we are many years away from countries who are Fast Moving in technology. Paper work can be abolished so easily but availability of documents online and payment acceptance online for taxations , daily moving tasks is very important as it is going to help salaried people especially to save there manhours. Local MLAs should be asked to make there areas High Tech with respinsibility

All necessary document and forms must made available online and special application/websites must be made to store this database also digital signature can be used for official work instead of third party people involvement which will indeed reduce corruption...making INDIA digital will enhance growth rate.

Skill development is needed in making Central Govt & State Govt offices as 100 % paperless. Govt offices generate lot of paper waste. Papers are used ruthlessly .There is less control over usage of papers. In Private organisation, paper are used on both sides & with care . This will reduce paper waste & help in cleanliness / Swacchata in country .

An Idea of Uni-Card of India. Integrate all the four (PAN, Aadhar, Voter ID & Driving license) database into one Database and issue unique ID card. So that by entering the unique ID it could give individual personal details along with PAN no, Aadhar no, Voter ID & Driving License no. Now a person doesn’t need to carry all ID cards. Single card can answer.

For improving digital service and accessibility we need to make sure that BSNL and MTNL is working up to the industry standard. Even in Delhi they are not able to provide good service. We need to set example by improving our national carrier and then only we will able to cater to every citizen of our country. I myself is using MTNL broadband and Dolphin services and i can say on my personal experience there is a lot of need to improvise. From last six months my network complaint not address

Gujarati su atle gujarati ma lakhis.ration ma malti badhi vastu leva mate ration card aapva ma aavya se.Atyare aapne technology na jamana ma jivan jivye si,to technology no upyog kari ne aapne ration card ni book ne smart card ma kem na fervi shakia.Jem aaj kaal have RTO ni RC book pan smart card ma j male se to RTION card kem nahi?Aa digital smart ration card ATM DEBIT CREDIT card jeva hova joi jethi customer na account ma kyare ane ketlu transaction thyu eni mahiti pan statement na rup ma male

I would suggest cental gov build products and portal for egoverment services and ask state gov to use the same. Eg electricity bill, property tax,water tax, applying for new service..... Once this is done all states will have unified products and portal for thr egovernance service, just the state details like name,logo etc will differ. This will reduce state gov egovernace cost of building thr own products.And central gov can have a IT division to customise per state requirement.Reusability:)
