डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी सभी नागरिकों को डिजिटल सूचना, ज्ञान और सेवाएं प्रदान कर सभी आय वर्ग के लोगों की सहायता कर सकती है। हम कैसे सभी नागरिकों को डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी उपलब्ध कराएँ? इसके अलावा डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी के अंतर्गत नागरिकों को किस तरह की सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा सकती हैं?

Idea on Default nomination - (1) In Aadhaar, Legislate a facility to register Default nomination information and %age of amount to be paid (2) Aadhar based information should be used as person's default nomination choice if he has NOT provided any specific nomination information in banks, property, Mutual funds documents etc (3) This resolves a lot of future disputes (4)Adhaar based master nomination should have option to chose explicit "No nomination" option to indicate NO nomination at all

There is immense opportunity on job creation, problem resolution across all the dept. after submitting the application the biggest pain is followup on request. Ideally status should be available otherwise person can call govt call center check on status and if information is not known call center team should be following with govt dept instead of person and everything should be tracked using tickets and this should be rating parameter for all govt dept

Swatch bharat App This app should be integrated with google map for location , user should be able take picture and information should be directly sent to corresponding municipal corporation. On every upload you get tax credit and on verifying cleanup happen more tax credit or direct fund transfer. This will give opportunity for youngster money . There should be smart feature where once image uploaded no one should be allowed to upload dirt image for same location . Push notifications

I wish to suggest an idea of creating a tele-internet,tele-operator,tele-information helpline/call-center by the government so that people can get all advice and information at one place and even make transactions on internet over phone.Trained personnel who get information from internet can provide any information and advice to people in their language, fulfill their needs by making conference/routing phone calls also.Also,this will make people become computer-savvy in a short time.

विषय :- “imail” नाम की email व्यवस्था के सुझाव के पक्ष में | मैं भी अपना कुछ सुझाव देश की सेवा में समर्पित करना चाहता हूँ जो यह है कि “डिजिटल इंडिया कान्सैप्ट” के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार की ओर से एक ई-मेल व्यवस्था शुरू की जाए | जैसे कि gmail, yahoomail etc. इसी तरह imail ( I stands for INDIA) जैसी नई प्रणाली की शुरुआत हो तथा imail का app भी बनाया जाए | (For Example – gopalkrishna@imail.gov.in) Must read PDF letter.

Modi ji there should be survey time and again in government offices of who still dont have e.mail ID and also have workshops for the low class clerks too as this will help E GOVERNANCE, at the moment I find most PG are disposed and after much persuation we get the reply which does not resolve the complain or action is delayed, so waste of time is there and public money is also wasted, if these tool does not work to help.

Modidji- May I suggestion that the egovernance is till not taking shape as it should have by now due to resistance of large number of government officers who dont have e.mail ID when it comes to PG PORTAL THE PG IS DIPOSED EVEN BEFORE REPLYING , HOW DOES THIS PORTAL HELP PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN NEAR FUTURE AND STRONGLY IMPLEMENT IT AS GOOD TOOL. otherwise it is waste of money and time.

MODI sir you plan of digital india is dream because all private and govt mobile comapny are not in your control.a comman man use internet,invest his money....but in realty all tha plans of internet company are not forward actual speed what they mention in advertisement......why??? if i usse plan of rs 200 of speed up to 40kbps...so why i got speed of 10kbps????????? you have no control but you have only PLANS ..."DIGITAL INDIA" how it possible. TRAI has no control in these matters.
