सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा और आपदा राहत (पीपीडीआर) संचार, जनता के दिन-प्रतिदिन से संबंधित सेवाओं की विस्तृत श्रृंखला का समर्थन करता है, मकसद है कानून और व्यवस्था का रख रखाव, जीवन और संपत्ति की सुरक्षा, आपदा राहत और आपातकालीन रिस्पांस के वक्त इसका इस्तेमाल करने

प्रौद्योगिकी की उन्नति क्षमता और अंतर के संदर्भ में नवीनातम और वृहद सुविधाओं के साथ पीपीडीआर नेटवर्क प्रदान की गई है। ब्रॉडबैंड पीपीडीडी आवाज़ संचार के अलावा लाइव छवियों, वीडियो और ग्रंथों को भेजने जैसे अनुप्रयोगों की विस्तृत श्रृंखला को सपोर्ट करता है। देश में मौजूदा पीपीडीआर नेटवर्क.... एनालॉग और डिजिटल सिस्टम को नैरोबैंड व्हाइस और डेटा संचार का समर्थन कर रहा हैं। उन्नत( एडवांस) पीपीडीआर संचार नेटवर्क की शुरूआत होने से....पीपीडीआर में फिलवक्त शामिल कर्मियों और संगठनों के लिए के निर्णय लेने और संचालन करने में ये एक अहम सहयोगी की भूमिका निभा सकता है। यही वजह है कि देश में एक उन्नत, विश्वसनीय, मजबूत और उत्तरदायी PPDR संचार प्रणाली की शुरुआत के लिए एक मजबूत नीति ढांचे की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए ट्राई ने स्वप्रेरणा से नेक्सट जेनरेशन पब्लिक प्रोटेक्शन एंड डिजास्टर रिलीफ (पीपीडीआर) कम्यूनिकेशन नेटवर्क" को लेकर परामर्श पत्र पर सुझाव आमंत्रित करता हे| The consultation paper has been परामर्श पत्र यहां दिया गया है.

Revenue maximization need not be the main aim of the govt.The operating cost of TELCOs must be bare minimum by lowering spectrum usage charges and other related costs to enable them provide affordable calling charges say @10p/mnt both local and STD.Gradually we must move to 3G video calls as new normal @10p/mnt rate for all.This will ensure safety for women especially.Internet affordability at high speed data network too should be the time bound ultimate goal.

Hon.PM has made great effort to make good and transperant governance, there are so many systems of transperency implemented at various government offices, like CCTV Camara installed in so many officer, many proceedures made online, like efilling or return, appeal, e. assessment in tax, etc. is great work done, I has suggested earlier for it, I want to suggest that, all the chambers of officer of tax collection like Income tax , GST,etc. places, CCTV Camara required urgently, best wishes

such big country we plan to deploy PPDR. First the case study of existing systems. Also our nation is people to people connected. So we have to involve the latest technology and the old people communications models.In olden days we used to hear from the radio channels. Since we can take volunteer than involve them also in this process.

The concept of communication network for protection from disaster relief is good, I want to suggest that, for success of such project, it is very important to aware the people of our nation with such types of work to be done related to protection in disaster incident, mass awarness programme should be made, school, colleges and NGO should be involved in such activities to aware the peopel,further, such types of training classes can also be opened for the people who are volunteers, best wishes

I don't think Communication setup is a problem it has already been setup from ages The police radio that they carry during duty and every radio is set for their hubs but the big picture is that the people are ready to follow the prevent measure or be smart by themselves on crisis PPDR can make the radio available in masses to the station and it can be distributed during crisis and we can make a communication establishment there are other ways but i will create useless air traffic
