Unless rampant corruptions by politicians and beauracrats are checked all kinds of centrally sponsored schemes will never be implemented properly on the ground specially in the states like Arunachal Pradesh. For any kind of projects, politicians and govt. beauracrats directly or indirectly they become contractor. Moreover, third party monitoring teams are also bribed sometimes in many projects because of which they sometime avoid inspecting the sites too. Centre need to check it !!
