पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में यदि तेल और गैस का दोहन उचित रूप से किया जाये तो यह उस क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए आर्थिक समृद्धि का एक स्रोत हो सकता है। वर्तमान में क्षेत्र के स्‍थानीय समुदायों और अन्‍वेषण तथा उत्‍पादन प्रचालकों के बीच कोई संपर्क नहीं है। इससे क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन संबंधी कार्यों में कमी आ रही है और इसने इस क्षेत्र में परिचालन के लिए खरीदार की संख्या को कम कर दिया है। हालांकि भारत सरकार ने पूर्वोत्‍तर क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनेक पहलें शुरू की है लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया में स्‍थानीय समुदायों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।

इस कार्य में स्थानीय लोगों की भागीदारी कैसे बढाई जा सकती है, इससे संबंधित सुझाव दें।

One, coming from the general public, can consider to come forward AND DEVOTE THEIR TIME AND SPEND THEIR FOR A GENERAL CAUSE ONLY IF THE LOCAL "CENTRE OF POWER" DO NOT FEEL "OFFENDED" WHICH IS THE GENERAL CAUSE OF PEOPLE REMAINING AWAY FROM WHAT MAY EVEN BE REMOTELY LINKED TO GOVERNANCE. THIS IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF THOSE WHO ARE TO BE GOVERNED, REMAIN AWAY EVEN FRO SHADOW OF GOVERNANCE. LET AUTHORITIES THAT BE PONDER OVER!

The solution to ensure participation of all stakeholders in activities of general interest, not merely in the North-Eastern Region, but in any and every part and Region of the country, lies in the local authorities ensuring that they shun their all-prevalent attitude of self-righteousness. THIS IS TRUE OF LOCAL BUREAUCRATS IN A GREAT MEASURE, BUT, MAY BE TO A LESSER EXTANT, TO LOCAL POLITICIANS AS WELL. TIME TO PONDER, REALLY.

That there has arisen a need to ponder over as to what measures may be resorted to, to ensure participation of local populace in Exploration & Production activities in the North-Eastern Region, is a sad commentry in itself as to how far the general public has been driven away from even considering to participate in governance of any hue. THIS SITUATION HAS COME UP TO BE CONFRONTED WITH BECAUSE BUREAUCRATS, AND NOT LESS OFTEN POLITICIANS, IN EVERY REGION TAKE GOVERNANCE AS THEIR SOLE DOMAIN.

Reducing Petrol & Diesel price is a good decision, but there is no impact of the same on vegetables prices or transportation prices. But other ways it's done in a faster way as there is an increase of petrol & diesel price all other prices will go high. Hence local government to ensure through their respective agencies to reduce the cost of vegetables and transportation proportionately.

Dont reduce price of patrol and desal becas no transporter like buses reduce price of rent of travle public ko koi fark nahi padta bus bale fayda uthate hai bs aur kuch nahi ap ne itne rs kam kiya fayada hua sirf transporter fayada uthate hai kisi ne ek rupaya bhi kam nahi kiya kiraya ap to badao prise aur achhe kam me lagao jo bad me dikhega baise bhi patrol kam ho jayega to badega hi bo na ap rok sakte na koi aur isliye abhi se taiyar karo publik kp

With pahal starting and PM requesting to give up subsidiary for LGP.the Govt could offer tax rebate for those who give up their subsidiary.eg if some one pay full amount then on the extra he pays, he doesn't have to pay taxes. If some rich falls in catagory of 30% tax bracket, then he won't be paying taxes. This will benfit not just this scheme but also revenue of Govt. If someone pay 500 rs extra for a gas cylinder then govt get that full 500 rs instead of just 30%, plus saving on subsidiary.

Today petrol & diesel price are come down as per the “Crude oil’s international price . But petroleum based raw material like (petroleum based all plastic bottles. And s oap manufactured slurry raw material etc ) price are increased from Rs. 76 per kg to Rs.105. Monopoly company will not executive the regular order. Because of price increase more expectation on coming month

Dear sir bharat mai petrol or deisal ka rate bahut jayada ho gya h,aam admi isko afford nahi kar sakta,Agar hum bharat ke goan-2 mai chote-2 BIOGAS ke plant lga de to isse,petrol ki problem,khad ki problem,kyoki biogas ke liye gobar ki jarut hoti h isse,kahi na kahi GAU HATTYA(COW ka katl)ye problem solve ho sakti h,isse milk production bhi badega,or jo log padai nahi kar paye or city mai jakar nokari nahi kar sakte un logo ko rojgar mil sakta h,or isse apne desh ki economi bhi badegi.
