पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में यदि तेल और गैस का दोहन उचित रूप से किया जाये तो यह उस क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए आर्थिक समृद्धि का एक स्रोत हो सकता है। वर्तमान में क्षेत्र के स्‍थानीय समुदायों और अन्‍वेषण तथा उत्‍पादन प्रचालकों के बीच कोई संपर्क नहीं है। इससे क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन संबंधी कार्यों में कमी आ रही है और इसने इस क्षेत्र में परिचालन के लिए खरीदार की संख्या को कम कर दिया है। हालांकि भारत सरकार ने पूर्वोत्‍तर क्षेत्र में अन्‍वेषण और उत्‍पादन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनेक पहलें शुरू की है लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया में स्‍थानीय समुदायों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना आवश्यक है।

इस कार्य में स्थानीय लोगों की भागीदारी कैसे बढाई जा सकती है, इससे संबंधित सुझाव दें।

As the rate of crude oil in international market is constantly declining and our country has to incur huge funds on the Crude oil import. Is there any provision to book the Crude oil on forward contract basis? If so then crude oil bonds can be issued to the public for period ranging from 5 to 10 years. Benefits:- 1.Collected money from public can be utilized to buy the Crude oil. 2. Investors can be benefited from these bonds.

I read a news article that GAIL is not getting contractors to build LNG gas ships required to transfer gas from USA.As the contract requires ship to be built in India.We do not have to build the whole ship in India but we can build the most technically advanced components in India and Ship them for assembly in Korea. This way we can get the technology to build ships in future and GAIL will get the ships it needs now.I am an expert on LNG ships and currently based in Korea.
