Sir there more than 20 lakh people are serving on contract , daily wages and adhoc on half or less salaries. Respect PM sir kindly give age relaxation equal to service rendered by them as contract or daily wages employees. In most of cases government utilise their youth and throw them out and they have no hope as they are already overage . hope you will understand the plight of these misfortunes and give them at least age relaxation.

Although it goes without saying that your government would never encourage such activities despite the Hindu image it has been carrying due to the linkage with the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS). This has been a rather unique happening during the tenures of the NDA (National Democratic Alliance) government; during the earlier tenure there had been such an incident in Orissa; which is affecting the image of the government performance in all other parameters has been more than satisfactory.

The recent attacks on Christian institutions in Haryana (Hisar) and Maharashtra (near Panvel) that are a clear indication to the Hindu backlash against the ongoing minority appeasement policies of the earlier governments; in the name of Secularism; is now a matter of concern that needs to be addressed on priority. There has been a general observation that is gaining ground is that the minorities are being selectively targeted ever since your government has assumed office.

Respected Sir, We admire your government focus on structural and systemic changes that will have long term benefits and not quick fix solution. But a lot of people do not understand and are getting increasingly worried on the state of economy and how long it will take for growth to percolate at individual level in terms of jobs, better standard of living, etc. My humble request, if you can focus on the economy as it affects people in your Mann ki Baat

A degree of autonomy is needed to be given to the police department with regard to functioning and a free hand to a certain degree. The executive arm of the judiciary that the police as a department is should enjoy the desired freedom. Police has seldom enjoyed the appreciation for their good work but have been the first to be blamed for their high handedness. Implementation and execution of the law if it were that simple there would not have been the need for having framed such an institution.

The state police chief so far enjoys powers to transfer officers up to the rank of the Deputy Police Superintendent alone which needs to be made to the position of atleast the Deputy Inspector General of Police. The reasons why the role of the state police chief becomes important is due to his grip and understanding about the state crime and crime dynamics. This is a fact that holds true for every police chief of every state in the country besides the union territories wherein there is a Police

Respected PM, if you have a dream of India where there is no crime, no bad intentions, no bad deeds, no corruption of body, mind, then see how Buddha has dealt with all kinds of bad things that one comes across personified as Mara, the evil one. Buddha says the Mara owns the body, mind --but when person omits the thought of existence of his mind, body that can lead to bad actions, weaknesses ..then he gets freed from all bad in the world and rejoices full freedom from Mara(personification of evil)
