Dear Sir I want to tell regarding a "Aarakshan" Plz make the Aarakshan depending on "Economic" & "Skill", irespective of Cast. Aarakshan should be get to all whether they are of any Cast depending on his Economic or Skill condition. If someone is an good Skilled person in Studies, then Govt. should provide him Aarakshan & if someone is not good economically, then govt. should provide him Aarakshan. & plz increase the EBC (Economical Backward Class) criteria from "1,00,000" to 2,00,000 Rupees.

Corrupt Ministers are increasing the cost to exchquer. There is a newsitem today on the railway minister's asset growth. There are many demands by corrupt ministers for a cut in the contract cost for their own department work. The new government has to be vigilant against these corrupt ministers. the image of the new government is already dented by news of corruption in the railway ministry for their own projects. SAD
