समाज के उत्थान में महिलाऐं महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है| यह भी सर्व विदित है कि ग्रामीण महिलाएं किसी काम के लिए आगे आने के लिए संकोच करती है तथा व्यक्तिगत रूप से पहल करती है इस लिए उन्हें सामूहिक रूप से आगे बढ़ाकर सशक्त करने की आवश्यकता महसूस की जाती है|

अत: संघ प्रदेश, दादरा एवं नगर हवेली शिशु विकास परियोजना विभाग ने प्रत्येक आंगणवाडी केन्द्रों के अन्तर्गत दूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों को समावेश करने के लिए महिला मण्डल बनाए गए है|

स्थानिक महिलाओं को शामिल करते हुए महिला मण्डल

1. महिला सरपंच /महिला पंचायत सदस्य - अध्यक्ष
2. आंगणवाडी कार्यकर - सदस्य सचिव
3. प्राथमिक स्कूल शिक्षिका - सदस्य
4. प्रशिक्षित दाई - सदस्य
5. सामाजिक कार्यकर - सदस्य
6. ग्राम सेविका - सदस्य

महिला मण्डल को अपने स्तर पर स्थानीय मामलों को शामिल करते हुए नियमित रूप से बैठक संचालित करने की आवश्यकता है| महिलाओं को गाँवों में घटित होने वाले बाल-विवाह/पढाई छोड़ देना/बाल मजदूर / लड़कीयों के मामलें आदि से संबंधित कुप्रथाओं के विरोध में आवाज उठाने के लिए एकजूट होना चाहिए|

महिलाओं को अपने अधिकारों से संबंधित सामान्य विषयों पर सम्मान दिया जाना चाहिए तथा उनके हित के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा क्रियान्वित किए जा रहे विभिन्न योजानाओं के अन्तर्गत शामिल करना चाहिए|

महिलाओं में बदलाव आने से समाज में निश्चित रूप से बदभाव आयेगा और हम विकास की दिशा में आगे बढ़ पाएंगे|

विभाग इस संबंध में विशेषज्ञों से राय आमंत्रित करता है ताकि इन असुरक्षित ग्रामीण लोगों के हित, जो उन्हें मिलना चाहिए, उसके लिए विभाग कुछ कर पायेगा|

For Rural women, (1) Pls popularise Govt.Schemes or educate or create awareness through Mahila Associations in every village or Panchayath. (2) For women / girls to come out of their homes, especially to school or colleges-give incentives. (3) Open more schools in all villages-primary or middle school in all villages, High Schools or colleges in Smaller Towns or Blocks, etc.(4) New SSS Scheme for all Graduate Girls, where Govt. will also contribute 50% and (5) Govt. contribution 75% for PG Girls

Namaskar, PM-Modi ji, For this, my views are : (1) Pls give incentives / subsidies / More the qualification of girl child, more insurance and more incentives. (2) Pls empower women-give preferences / reserve quotas for women-other than in jobs ( or else, most especially rural men will sit at home, command ladies, see TV, drink, etc.) (3) Pls arrange to build separate e-bio-toilets for girls in schools and colleges, so that they are qualified and educate their children and others.

respected sir, we have lots of govt departments in one state and every department needs so many items in offices , and every department make comparatives statements of quotations and purchase all offices with different rates , Sir why note we introduce one govt store in every state for purchasing where no need for quotations, comparatives etc. Due to this lots of corruption can be handle, save lots of man powers, stops black marketing , duplicate's items, No need to audit. Thanks

according to my view... (1) we should free 1 to 12 th class education to poor female children. (2) education must be very necessary to all lady from girls to old women. (3) We should make an act for women education and it follows to all over India. (4) WE should do free all medical facility including all desease to the women.

There is an urgent need to change the mind-set of the public, particularly the men folk, who need to be advised to respect girls/women of all ages; and this needs to be strongly inculcated in their minds right from the childhood. A boy must understand that he needs to respect not only his mother, sister/s, aunt/s, but every girl/woman whomever he comes across; only then our society can become a safe place to live peacefully!!

The mahilamandal so formed should insist the villagers to formulate neighborhood economic group.The group should take separate account number.They should be trained to start an economic activity after an year.The equal contribution collected from each individual should be kept in the bank account.They can also work as watching group against woman atrocity.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय आपसे निवेदन है कि बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढाओ योजना मे आप जिन राज्यो मे 2संतान का नियम लागू है सरकारी सेवा मे जाने के लिए उसे तत्काल बंद करावे आप राजस्थान का उदाहरण देख ले राज्य सरकार ने २००४से नियम लागू किया हे तब से लगातार बाल लिंगानुपात मे गिरावट आ रही है जो आने वाले समय की भयकंर समस्या बन रही हे क्योकि हम तकनीक बंद नही कर सकते दुरूपयोग रोक नही सकते

Mister prime minister, When going woman her head person office for some doccumentation work,or for some inquiry related her transfer,leave,that time the head person give wrong information to the woman,really the head persone dont know any details about the question.so my meaning is that give any media for woman for them right information related inquery. In india first we need easy and also clear information for all department. "true information related all quaestions for woman"

sir,under above social scheme undertaken by local women,we need to provide them a laptop with easy operating software with choice language,whatever service they provide they need to register interlink with there deparment,if anganwadi they need to register day today activity & data of child,also govt department can interact for suggestion and other social scheme,we need to organize disbursement of fund under above social spending,so that real person should get benefit.
