समाज के उत्थान में महिलाऐं महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है| यह भी सर्व विदित है कि ग्रामीण महिलाएं किसी काम के लिए आगे आने के लिए संकोच करती है तथा व्यक्तिगत रूप से पहल करती है इस लिए उन्हें सामूहिक रूप से आगे बढ़ाकर सशक्त करने की आवश्यकता महसूस की जाती है|

अत: संघ प्रदेश, दादरा एवं नगर हवेली शिशु विकास परियोजना विभाग ने प्रत्येक आंगणवाडी केन्द्रों के अन्तर्गत दूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों को समावेश करने के लिए महिला मण्डल बनाए गए है|

स्थानिक महिलाओं को शामिल करते हुए महिला मण्डल

1. महिला सरपंच /महिला पंचायत सदस्य - अध्यक्ष
2. आंगणवाडी कार्यकर - सदस्य सचिव
3. प्राथमिक स्कूल शिक्षिका - सदस्य
4. प्रशिक्षित दाई - सदस्य
5. सामाजिक कार्यकर - सदस्य
6. ग्राम सेविका - सदस्य

महिला मण्डल को अपने स्तर पर स्थानीय मामलों को शामिल करते हुए नियमित रूप से बैठक संचालित करने की आवश्यकता है| महिलाओं को गाँवों में घटित होने वाले बाल-विवाह/पढाई छोड़ देना/बाल मजदूर / लड़कीयों के मामलें आदि से संबंधित कुप्रथाओं के विरोध में आवाज उठाने के लिए एकजूट होना चाहिए|

महिलाओं को अपने अधिकारों से संबंधित सामान्य विषयों पर सम्मान दिया जाना चाहिए तथा उनके हित के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा क्रियान्वित किए जा रहे विभिन्न योजानाओं के अन्तर्गत शामिल करना चाहिए|

महिलाओं में बदलाव आने से समाज में निश्चित रूप से बदभाव आयेगा और हम विकास की दिशा में आगे बढ़ पाएंगे|

विभाग इस संबंध में विशेषज्ञों से राय आमंत्रित करता है ताकि इन असुरक्षित ग्रामीण लोगों के हित, जो उन्हें मिलना चाहिए, उसके लिए विभाग कुछ कर पायेगा|

Most importantly Women need to be encouraged in their endeavors. I want to die because of the discrimination, in UPSC interview. After domestic violence and burning of my certificates , my only aim was to become civil servant and contribute to the welfare of the vulnerable women. I went to interview in 2012, 2014. But being rejected in personality test pushes me into a dark corner.Why can't the Govt see the courage and conviction. If this is not be empowerment then I want to die.

महिलाओं के सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक विकास में सबसे बड़ी बाधा पुरुषो की महिलाओं के प्रति व्याप्त पुरुषवादी मानसिकता है| और इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण है महिलाओं का आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण न होना जिसके कारण वह अपनी छोटी-छोटी जरूरतों के लिए भी पुरुषो पर निर्भर होती है एवं समाज में व्याप्त कुरीतियाँ जैसे दहेज प्रथा एवं महिलाओं के प्रति अपराध|इसलिए जरूरी है की महिलाओं को छोटे छोटे स्वरोजगार प्रदान करने की व्यवस्था की जाए जैसे खादी,डेयरी |गाँवो में जागरूकता के लिए सरकारी शिक्षा को सुधारा जाए|

What Rural Woman Need? 1. Education and not just literacy, 2. Toilets & affordable Sanitary Napkins, 3.Ways of Economic empowerment through Contribution to global economic supply chain, 4. Savings & Social Security, 5.Safety from taboo on giving birth to a girl child, in fact this is the most important thing, 6 Encouragement to venture in to new and unexplored frontiers of Social & Political Space, 7. Education of Science and Technology specially when most of them are engaged in Agriculture.

Her aspirations mostly time depressed by her drunken husband..since from her birth..she feels that in society she come second after male . That all makes her feel deprived and less confident to take action. Recently in one function held by Bihar CM for rural woman's..one woman request him to ban liquor. Giving her more empowerment like presently gov. Doing like subsidy in her name will be helpful. To motivate factories , small scale business near village to give them job will be helpful.

It is high time to review the subsidy system. Subsidy to farmers can be changed by giving high price for their products. For example the Govt. can procure paddy or wheat from a farmer for Rs. 100 per kg. Then govt. need not give subsidy for seeds, manuer etc. Then only the true farmer who produce something will get the benifit. There is no chance of misusing the subsidies given to them, as spending for other purpose than agriculture. Govt. can give these products to public in reduced rate.

for making the true reach to women , best is to divide the area of state or country to small zone , with with no. of house , special offcers should posted for contact each women in their rective zone , and ask women what they willing to do as per thier conditions and if they facing any problem they should report the officers, and they can suggest the thier view like if they want to do govt. job, own business , agricultural activity or what ever they want, and do as per availvilty.

women are not as educatedas men in india as per govt,data , they are little behind , so we can not suppose to thing every information they will undersatnd for whom how are nit educated door to door visit of officers will help a lot , it will create the confidence for whom those never gone byound the home boundries ,and can communicate the their problems with ease to offciers and than their satus at home as per their response govt. can make plans and schemes which better suited them.
