जबकि उच्चतर शिक्षा में सामान्य भागीदारी दर धीरे-धीरे बढ़ रही है और आज हमारा उच्चतर शिक्षा सकल नामांकन अनुपात 21.5 प्रतिशत है, इसका सामाजिक समूहों और महिलाओं के मध्य समान विस्तार नहीं हो रहा है। उच्चतर सकल नामांकन अनुपात दरों को कायम रखने के लिए समतुल्य वृद्धि आवश्यक है और अतः उच्चतर शिक्षा में महिला-पुरूष और सामाजिक असमानताओं को कम करने के लिए किस प्रकार की सकारात्मक कार्यवाही का सुझाव दिया जा सकता है।

3. How to ensure that the girls join colleges or polytechnic? In our college the ratio of boys and girls is almost 50:50. However, many girls are not allowed to pursue their career as parents perform their daughter’s marriage at the age of 18 or more. Very few allow the daughter to pursue career even though the girls are willing. This is a social issue and parent’s reformation need to be done.

2. What steps can be taken to ensure that students from deprived classes who pass out school join colleges and complete studies? Many graduates and postgraduates prefer jobs so as to enable them to look after the family. But now the awareness is increasing and many of the students are now going abroad also. The number of economic and other facilities may be increased to all, especially open and EBC class students will be benefited by it.

Some society have very strict rules gender difference but in college life or in educational life we have now very good understanding about sharing our thoughts between boys and girls we can do some joint development program with the help of boys and girls common efforts . We can promote girls with the new social service development and making our social atmosphere with the happy friendship.
