भारत में जनसहभागिता के माध्यम से सुशासन को बढ़ावा देने हेतु माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा 26 जुलाई 2014 को माईगव की शुरुआत की गई थी। माईगव के आज 26 मिलियन से अधिक पंजीकृत यूजर्स हैं। इसे भारत सरकार के जनसहभागिता मंच के रूप में स्थापित किया गया है जो कि नीति निर्माण के लिए नागरिकों की राय के लिए कई सरकारी निकायों / मंत्रालयों के साथ सहयोग करता है और जनहित के मुद्दों / विषयों पर लोगों की राय लेता है। माईगव के ट्विटर, फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, यूट्यूब और लिंक्डइन जैसे सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म के साथ-साथ कू, शेयरचैट, चिंगारी, रोपोसो और बोलो इंडिया जैसे कई भारतीय सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर भी लाखों सक्रिय फॉलोअर्स हैं।

माईगव देशवासियों की सहभागिता को और अधिक बढ़ाने के लिए नए विचारों एवं सुझावों को आमंत्रित करता है।

माईगव साथी निम्नलिखित विषयों पर अपने विचार और सुझाव साझा कर सकते हैं, लेकिन यह इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं है:

1.माईगव वेबसाइट का डिजाइन लुक (यूजर इंटरफेस में सुधार)
2. MyGov.in पर यूजर्स के अनुकूल नेविगेशन (साइट पर सुविधाओं को ब्राउज़ करना और एक्सप्लोर करना आसान बनाना)
3. माईगव में नई सुविधाएं और सेवाएं (सुझाव)
4. यूजर रजिस्ट्रेशन में सुधार
5. फीडबैक मैकेनिज्म पर विचार (हम आपकी प्रतिक्रिया कैसे प्राप्त करते हैं)

प्रतिभागी विभिन्न मंत्रालयों की विभिन्न योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों के बारे में जानकारी के साथ-साथ चल रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों के बारे में जानने के लिए MyGov (www.mygov.in) पर जा सकते हैं।

आपका योगदान भारत को एक विकसित राष्ट्र के रूप में बनाने में मदद करेगा। माईगव साथी की सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रविष्टियों को भारत सरकार से मान्यता मिलेगी और उन्हें CEO माईगव से मिलने का मौका मिलेगा। साथ ही, सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रविष्टियों को माईगव पेज पर प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।

हम आपकी अधिक से अधिक भागीदारी की आशा करते हैं।

45. The more Like when an user gets for the comment they should get a Bronze Star for 5 Likes Silver Star for 10 Likes and Golden Star for 15 Likes and above. Those who gets more Golden Stars should be considered as the Top contributor. A certificate with a Golden Star medal can be sent to those who scores more stars. 46. A separate mail ID to report any hatred/vulgar or defaming comments will be very helpful. 47. All profile should be displayed with the User ID number. So that if anyone copies and pastes others suggestions, posts any sarcastic comments can be reported. 48. Even an option to report a comment as Defaming comment/ Vulgar comments etc. Admins should remove such comments immediately and the person who posts it if more users report on the same comment. 49. Frequent surveys from the users on the My Gov App and website must be there. 50. Please segregate the comments language wise. So that the users need not scroll through the entire comments and comment or Like.

5. After the quiz expiry date probably question and answers shared for sometime. This will be like knowing things. 6. Quiz scores can get updated monthly. 7. I am not sure about 'Featured' tab in the comments section. Never used. Is it useful or using for any purpose? 8. The discussion entry section is simple and fast. 9. Only thing is redundant , irrelevant data need to filter. Need to check and explore.

Through this medium, an example of transparency has been completed by being aware of the structure of all government schemes. यदि किसी जगह पर कोई स्थलीय प्रोजेक्ट पर हमें कार्य करना हो तो उस पर my gov की तरफ से एक डिजिटल डिस्प्ले लगाकर उस प्रोजेक्ट सलग्न आम जनता का सर्वे करकर उनके उस प्रोजेक्ट के प्रति वैचारिक सुझाव भी लेने चाहिए। ऐसा करने पर लोगो को सरकार के कार्य प्रति और विश्वश्नीयता बढ़ेगी।

Select good idea. Ask mygov sathi to support it do some work if require. Prepare logo, prepare music or poster. Anybody can finance it should welcome. This way one idea can launch. Those working will be team. Anybody need legal help in any idea should provide. What mygov doing of IDEA Bos filled with more than one lacs ideas. ? Terrorism, black money, tax dvasion, corruption are very serious issue for government From last 8 years mygov jot able to solve sny problem of country. How you will deliver developed nation ? Who will give you veto power in UN. Do you deserve for that ? Your action will decide everything. Just slogan can not give results Real Change maker are very few. You Can provide Pass of Independence day function at Lal Kila Some facility should offer to Real change maker Change maker can use in their own city master plan planning, Clean india, education, malnutrition type issues You only write Change maker name phone no to DM

Just like sports ministry or defence ministry work. Same way mygov officer should work. Sports ministry provide everything to player. But do not decide anything on playing game. Defence ministry provide everything to defence but do not decide war Strategy. Same way change maker will decide everything. Mygov office will only provide help and support and facility. Mygov should approach to sponsors for availability of fund for campaign plan by change maker for solution of problem. Two year back prime Minister said " कर्तव्य बोध जगाने का कार्य शुरू करे। see attached of newspaper news. Mygov not asked suggestion and ideas. Mygov not shown interest in it. What is the use of mygov ? Ask change maker what you can do for Country. Mygov will provide help, support and publicity. Few change maker ready to spend their own money. I can spend my money. So money expenditure not a big issue.

You offer internship to people. Offer internship to change maker, or upper rank sathi. Offer mygov office work in Delhi for few months to change maker. Change maker should invite for budget discussion from Financ ministry. NGO should attach to changemaker. Write NGO and give list of change maker with city and email id. Write think-tank of India to discuss with Change maker. Write newspaper, television to discuss with Change maker. Give list name city email id. Talkshow at doordarshan, rajya sabha loksabha tv, state owned tv should invite for discussion, group discussion. Top 10 problem of country should discuss with Change maker. Whatapp group should open for change maker to interact Those change maker should launch their idea should welcome. Provide help. Highlight idea on mygov website and app. . Results oriented work should done instead of formality, timepass. Those who give good ideas and suggestion should selected and treat as Supreme CM

Page 2. machanism for feed back. 1. After highest likes or dislikefeedback. Than new feed should start. 2. Character limit should be 20000 per post. 3. 50 post per person should allowed. 4. In advance show how many post allowed. 5. After that open blog link and enter feedback in blog. Or special request for more posts. 6. No term and condition should impose. One entry type, Only 8 words tag line, people will open duplicate account in family member name. So do not impose any term and condition. People can give 20 tagline in one post allowed. Accept critism. Do not irritated. Give reply to email of mygov sathi. Copy of feedback should go by email to mygov sathi. Do not waste mogov sathi. Pledge is meaningless work. No body do seriously. Quiz is meaningless. No results. Surrener Subsidy option should start Helmet seat belt option should start Slow drive avoid accident should start etc.etc Rape avoiding messages should highlight etc.

You asked 5. Ideas on feedback Mechanism (how we capture your feedback) After 8 years askifeedback machanism. Nobody read feedback from last 8 years. 1. Concern ministry committee will read all feedback. 2. Maan ki baat feed back read by PMO But any case mygov can appoint one person. Around 300 feedback receive per day. Those duplicate feedback should remove and inform by email to mygov sathi. Do not do in future. 2. Out of subject feedback remove and send email to write appropriate ministry. Public grievance portal. Give link etc.etc. only paste format allready prepared. Write this message in comments asking page. 3. Write that read other people comments and if accepting like it. Avoid writing same issue again and again. 4. Few people press like or dislike button for point gaining. Write messages to stop it. We will blacklist you. 5. Those highest likes feedback should be on top. So people easily read and press like or dislike.
