Make a card for drinking and smoking. only +25 can get that card. that card will supply only for certain time. after two or three months this card supply should stop. without this card no one can get drugs from the shop. means next generation even after there 25 or 30 they cant drink.

Hon'ble PM-First of all I salute your vision and inspiration!! We should have QA (Quality Assurance) in each village who bridge the Gap between Panchyat and Center (PM office) and make more accountable of each one who involve in Development Project - And report directly to PM office with digital view and report card. It will cost only 1% and 99% budget will be spent in Development. Otherwise what happens center sends 100% but it implement in ground level only 1% and 99% only in paper record.

Dear Sir, I also have another idea of "MINI-DAM". there are many bridges over the rivers. at every bridge according to the Geological conditions & place availability we can store water by constructing a MINI-DAM there with MIN 1/2 Meter to MAX 1 Meter High. With these Mini-DAMs water will be stored and can be used for daily usage.

Dear Sir, I got an idea, many GOVT's tried and discussed many times but no one implemented. i.e. to connect every River in INDIA. by doing this there will be no water problem. when floods come water will be released from every DAM instead of releasing them to downward we can divert them easily as the water pressure is high at the time of floods. then there will be no use of pumping the water to diversion canals. those flood water will be sent to those places where there is less rains.
