It is a good news that Hon'ble PM is meeting with CMD of PSB for consolidation &reforms in banking sector.It is necessary to merge the bank in country, citizen & employee interest. Please do main focus of HRM dept of PSB. There is no differentiate between performer&non performer, only 40% employee are really work remain do nothing.Main focus should be promotion & transfer. UPA govt circular in regards to lady staff transfer create major problem,please remove. Pls do fast salary revision at 15%

We should built platform (digital, mobile,media) where all youth people can participate in government discussion, decision, policy and share their views, ideas. The work of government shouldn't restricted to assembly room, bureaucrat offices. Otherwise how will govt. know what people of India want. "People shouldn't go with government however government should go with people". Internet, e-governance, mobile, cloud, web portal, TV, radio and print media will be integral part of this activity.

In my opinion youth can contribute towards politics and government only and only if the lessons that are taught in classrooms are given a different scenario... by letting the students visit and see the proceedings of parliament and even the high court and supreme court. by letting them hold discussions on relevant issues in the model parliament form and letting be a part of the problem solving and problem creating. I believe that the number of youth in India can lift the nation to great heights

We should first target to remove the older people who sits in top for a long time by keeping their old legacy thought process. If the upper layer is moved out then there will be a opportunity for young people to move up. I feel people having more than 20 years of political carrier should be be retired or take VRS, so that other can get chance. There should be min and max age limit along with minimum qualification for a politician. Which is not present in India unfortunately.

Youths are the riding force of the country.The youths participation in politics is must it can be brought up by giving chance to them on grassroot level especially the educated ones.their innovative ideas for the society should be brought forward & into action

Government should play the role of facilitator by employing minimal administrative staff and should make all monetary transactions electronic and have minimum number of laws which ensure life is not at threat and ensure that if some is missing trace the money trail and ask all of them put back all the money and a small portion as fine in addition to teach all the people who have made some violations wontedly or unintentionally classified as crime by some laborious laws which is not constructive.

Make government programs at the constituency level and pass bills after pilot implementation of bills. Simply passing bills will not lead to desirable outcome though the intentions behind creating a bill may be noble. Pilot implementation will lead to better estimation of size and funding needs.

do something to make the survival of family controlled parties difficult. in each of the state, we have caste based regional parties which is now making even national economic reforms difficult. example -- obstruction by secular (anti hindu) parties in rajya sabha of important legislations like insurance, gst, coal, e-rickshaws in delhi, etc. find a way out to bar the entry of regional parties in national elections. only then youth will get participation in politics.

Every individual has one caste and one religion based on the professions like goldsmiths, money lenders, temple poojary, accountants, sweet makers, tailors, barbers, iron smith, farmers, oil retailers, boatman, fishermen. So if we don't give recognition by knowing their castes and their professions better then we should not be subscribing to their services or we not get those services.Not good to brand everybody with words like schedule, secular, minority, majority, and other difficult words

Youth should inspiration from ekta sandesh wherein we gain the awareness we cannot eliminate the existing affiliations like caste, religion, language as they all belong to different individuals pursuing different traits. Yet, we have a duty to strike a trade off for all us to coexist. This is in my opinion my perception about NAMO's EKTA Sandesh at Sardar Sarovar Run for Unity event.
