The qualities of teachers of the colleges and universities should be analysed after they are appointed as a teacher.after qualifying in the interview most of them don't continue their study for updateation ,as a result of this, students don't get proper guiedence which is needed...for developing teaching skills proper counselling shouid done periodcally

First of all, all technical distance education courses(like bca, mca,b.tech,m.tech and other technical) should be closed. Since these technical distance courses are affecting the quality of education .After doing distance education technical courses you can't get a technical job.

State universities are in very bad stage.Specially Maharshi dayanand university, Rohtak is a very bad university. Their administration and way of doing work creates problems for students.Sometimes they do not declare result on time, sometimes they do not sent marksheets on time to students(I m also waiting for my marksheet since two years still not received), sometimes they do mistake in results.There are lots of error in their work.
