Recruitment process should be fair and transparent and if any grievances are there court should clear the process in time frame .Those who are found guilty punished heavily because they are spoiling life of millions by giving jobs to these "relatives".Academics should be more flexible and evaluation should be based on acquiring desired traits.Passing the exam has become the sole motive ,passes graduates should have basic knowledge,skills and understanding of our constitutional values.

To improve the quality of teaching an all India agency should come out with a minimum syllabus for all the streams. It should be regularly upgraded. The Teacher should be responsible for framing his/her course syllabus that should be same or better than the minimum prescribed by the UGC. The instructor should be responsible for the evaluation of students through various innovative means other than witten eamination.

Properly impliment the Choice Based Credit System in all the universities. Train the vice chancellors about how to impliment it in letter and spirit in their respective universities. Universities are still not clear about CHOICES for students and the CREDITS that has to do with the evaluation of the students. Evaluation based on credits in the present form is faulty as our research publication shows (attachment).

all indian universities should have a common syllabus and examination system be it Delhi University or Bundelkhand university. And if we do not have resources for this then we should stop creating useless graduates with no knowledge. its high time to decide whether we want quantity (many degree holders) or Quality(scholars degree holders).

in our railways we have to use scanners like if i get the ticket with the number then i have to put these ticket on the gate of train where it scan my number and no other extra people get into the reservation sets. we face many time these problem thatsometime people sit on my seat which is reserved for me. that idea will avoid these.
